The staff were exceptional! Polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, and also wonderfully decorated. The bed was comfortable. The AC worked great. Fair price for a simple breakfast offered in their cafe. Pool table. Fair price for tourist bookings. Located in a quiet part of town and just a 20 minute walk to the town center.

Nothing big but in the evening, because of AC was a bit cold. Maybe I felt It because I was on an upper bed. I am sure you could ask for an extra blanket, as I didn't know didn't do.

Good deal quality-price. Girls running the hostel are sweet, nice, and helpful. They helped to arrange a tour to visit around, and my bus connection. Big space resting area. I could even chill and take a shower after check-out while waiting for my bus to next destination (which was at the evening). Free transportation to bus stop was arranged. Definetely a recommendation on low budget!

Staff were really friendly and super helpful, really made the stay excellent. Great value for money, everything's clean and the beds are comfy and private. The showers have soap and shampoo as well as you're given a towel, and they have food, drinks on site as well as a pool table. Fantastic place to stay in Battambang.

The location is rather interesting, it is 15/20 walk to the 'nicer' area, but cambodians are great, so it's not a big deal

Great place to stay whilst in Battambang. The room was clean, A/C worked well and staff were very attentive, really appreciate that they picked us up from where the bus dropped us off - a great relief when being inundated by tuktuk drivers. The pool table was a great bonus! The tours they offer are great value, we highly recommend. Food options in the restaurant could be improved and didn’t really like the material of the bedding or the extremely firm pillow. Great value overall, highly recommend.

Despite being exactly what we booked I would not recommend the fan room if you cannot handle being fairly warm when sleeping! It is also a bit away from places for tourists to eat/drink

The place is exactly what you should expect for the price in terms of facilities. As a bonus the staff are really friendly and attentive, even in terms of small things like moving fans for us when sitting in the communal area. The bathroom is very small but functioning and good hot water supply. Pool table is also cool even if a bit old etc

It is a good place to stay with a big common area where you can order food and drinks. My private room was good. Even though the property is on a busy road my room was very quiet which was great. The shared bathrooms were kept clean, just the water in the showers never got hot which was fine with me since it was very warm outside.

Nothing bad based on what you pay to stay.

We were welcomed by lovely staff who were willing to help us with any queries we had. The food at the restaurant was nice and offered generous portions at a good price. The social area was quiet, however, had a free pool table and social area so was more due to the type of guests staying. We would definitely stay again as was cheap and accurately advertised.

Room made out of I think a former dormitory, poor furnishings. Clean enough but not very insulated from the outside so there were quite a few bugs coming in.

Pleasant common area, very nice and friendly staff. Cool half-day tour organized by them!

No place indoors to hang out other than dorm room (very hot and lots of mosquitos outside). Main downtown was 1km walking.

There was a few mosquitoes in our room. The shower holder placement is in the corner of the room meaning the water doesn’t fully cover you

On the first morning we got woken up by a mosque at about 5.30 am. This was not the best, but only happened one day out of the 4 were were there. The location is a bit out of the way from the nice part of town, but you can walk about 10 minutes and you can be by the river. Walking there is a bit of a mission with no paths though.

The staff was amazing. Super helpful. In fact, when I asked where could I buy a hot water bottle for my daughter, one of the guys in reception just took me to the store in his bike. This was just 10 minutes before closing time. It was greatly appreciated. They also organized a really good guide for us and told us about what was there to do in regards to tours. Great staff. The restaurant in the hostal was good with good food for a good price.

🔊 The space in front of the room door kind of works as a sound amplifier which means that all sounds coming from that direction (e.g. the restaurant or pool table) are easily heard in the room (A03). That was a little inconvenient when we were trying to sleep early (around 10pm).

🏠 The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean as well. 🙋‍♂️ The young guy who received us at the reception was super kind, accomodating and enthusiastic. He said he was new here but we wouldn't have noticed if he hadn't told us :)
