the ''bubbles'' are nice but offer zero sound insulation, so you'll hear people talking loud (as there will most likely be some). when we were there, some people were playing very loud music, which is supposed to be forbidden. but we had to ask staff twice for them to do something about it.

WiFi was not working. A serious problem. Staff on check out mixed up our things, delayed our departure, and kept two items. Really unhelpful.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were very helpful and moved us rooms as we had noisy neighbours. It is a resort hotel and we did not expect this. Apparently it is only a year old and is thus still lacking facilities and activities which were on offer were overpriced. This resort is mostly for the locals to party and some of the common areas were a bit tacky. Apparently weekends are really busy and we were glad to be staying mid week. In all we were disappointed by what was on offer once at the place, but cannot fault the staff for it. So we spent our day relaxing by the pool. Also check transport there and back. Buses will drop you off and pick you but only to and from Phnom Penh which was not our intended next stop so only choice was expensive taxi.

There were moulds on the bedroom wall and ceiling. The manager tried his best to find the better room for us. Thank to him we were able to stay for 2 nights.

The views from the room and balcony were amazing! The shower (hot water and water pressure) was perfect. Staff was very helpful and tried his best to solve any issue that arises. The food was great! Room delivery service free of charge.

Please tell me exactly how to get to the resort from the highway. It is difficult for foreigners to find. There is no refrigerator in the room.

The location of the resort is the best. The view is good and the breeze is good. The bed, bathroom, hot water, etc. are satisfactory. Electricity is convenient. The mart facilities and restaurant are well-equipped. The breakfast is also satisfactory.

Noisy neighbor partying till almost midnight. But when we called/messaged the front desk they took action immediatly to quiet down the neighbors

The location is extremely windy and loud at night. On the 2nd night there were several loud parties around our room, the music went on past midnight. I spoke to security and they came up but were ignored by the other guests. I had no sleep and asked for a refund, we were told no. I will never recommend this place and will never stay here again,

Can't think of. A perfect stay for us!

Clean and cool air in just 2 hour drive from Phnom Penh: A great place for hikers with plenty of trails around the area. Back inside resort: Very clean room environment. Not one mosquito is found; despite there is plenty of non harmful bugs, butterflies and birds. Spacious and quiet, no noisy music as they ban use of speakers. Lights in the public area will be out at 11pm. That let us enjoy the magnificent starry sky. Good service and helpful staff. English speaking staff is available on telegram and at reception counter. Restaurant quality is good and they have a mart, though a bit more pricey than in the city. But that means next time I won't need to bring too much food on ourselves.

Door handles were a bit tricky to manage, but it was not a problem.

Before and during the stay the staff was very helpful and friendly. Mountain view was great and the place was clean and comfortable. There was also a guarded parking space. Breakfast was included in a nearby restaurant and very good. Lots of choice and tasty too. I would definitely go back.

Room no. 5 & 6 has a breath taking view of day (landscape) and night (Stars). So peacefull in the middle of nature. It's too big have many things to see around

It was extremely hard to find even with Google maps There was no signposting until u reach resort It’s v hilly do not good for anyone with mobility issues. The welcome was very poor compared to everywhere else we have stayed. Breakfast was poor with little choice ( apart from Local foods )

Nature and adventure at the top of Kirirom! A great place to enjoy trekking, mountain biking, fresh air and beautiful views across the mountain. Glamping pods and converted buses were clean and comfortable.

I love the valley view. I appreciated the manager has upgraded me to the Mountain View. It's absolutely fresh, comfort and relaxation. The staff is 10/10. Buffet Breakfast is perfect.
