MyanmarOne thing I don't like about the hotel is that a hair dryer is not provided in the room. Amenities are so basic, only toothbrush and toothpaste are there. But it was ok for me. It could be a bit noisy on the weekend as so many locals come to the beach and the beach is full of people and the hotel is just by the sea, by the road
The location is superb, just by the sea and the view from your room, from the Hotel is amazing. Rooms are not modern design nor new. They look like the rooms from the 1980s but it is still cozy and comfortable. . The furniture on the balcony is not well maintained. It would be more lovely with decent furniture on the balcony to enjoy the view. . Hotel provided good breakfast and food from hotel bar is also good and reasonable price. Generally, I enjoyed my stay there and I would like to go there again.

United KingdomNo response to communication via Booking.com prior to arrival. The sliding door to the balcony was really difficult to move. Only one chair on the balcony. One day put out the "please clean room" sign, nothing happened. Only 4 sunbeds which were monopolised by people in the adjacent rooms with their personal towels on two of them even when they weren't around.
Great location overlooking the sea close to where the bus from Kampot dropped us off. Great views from the balcony. Water machine on every floor. Powerful hot shower. Good quality towels and linen. Able to store luggage prior to check-in. We only had coffee and fruit juice but the breakfast looked good.

IrelandFor what we paid to stay here the rooms could have been better taken care of. The walls were very mouldy it looked as though it had been wiped and maybe tried to be painted over. There was a lot of cobwebs in the bathroom and certain areas of the bedroom. They also charge nearly $3 for a large bottle of water which is just crazy when any other place we’ve stayed or restaurant we have been to charge .50c-$1!!! They do have a filtered water machine if you have your own bottle you can fill it there!
The location is perfect right on the beach and close to many restaurants. Room was very big and super comfortable, great air conditioning and seating area in front of the pool! We appreciated being warned about the monkeys as we’d stayed at other hotels and were never told about them. The breakfast is delicious and was the best breakfast we had during our time in Cambodia! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, we had a 7am bus to catch which meant we were too early for breakfast but they prepared us some food and some fruit for us to take with us which was really kind of them to do!

- We liked the location very much; at walking distance from the crab market and opposite the beach. - Nice setup of the restaurant from which you can overlook the street and the beach when sitting on the stools enjoying a refreshment and/or food. - There are not many options for breakfast which are included in the price, I must emphasise that they serve breakfasts prepared with care. The combination of products are not standardised like in most hotels. This deserves a compliment! - Refilling station for water on every floor and at the restaurant. - Clean and very friendly staff.

The area has such a nice laid back, casual vibe. I appreciated being somewhere where locals came to the beach as well as tourists.

Rooms have water views👍 No safe but you can leave items with Reception for safety. Night times so quiet, Cambodia goes to sleep early. Excellent sleep. Pool lovely. Really enjoyed Saravoan.

CambodiaThe bed was a bit too hard for our liking. Also, it would be nice to include 2 chairs in the room, instead of just one.
Love the view from our room, the pool, and the restaurant at Saravoan, looking straight out over the ocean. The menu in the restaurant was excellent, and all food was well prepared. The room was clean, fairly comfortable.

Loved the views from room, pool, dining and bar areas. Amok, ceviche, crab salad, breakfast noodle soup and seasoned pork were superb. The bed, sheets and towels were high quality plus many pillow sizes to insure comfort! Staff is attentive and they really care.
