Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The electricity cuts off when you leave the room/remove the key, including the fridge! I would not leave items in the fridge if I am leaving the room
Beautiful location and really easy to walk to different areas around the city. Highly recommend enjoying breakfast on the rooftop! It’s a plant-filled space with a great view of the Siem Reap River. The fan-only room was nice for my budget, but I’d spring for a room with A/C next time for the sake of my sleep/comfort. Staff is very helpful and friendly, they helped me book a tour of Angkor Wat

The room is a little out dated, especially the bathroom, so don't expect too much, but it is good value for the cheap price!
The staff were such amazing people, so kind, lovely and helpful! I had problems with my ac, but they helped me right away and offered different solutions! They greet me every day and love to have a chat with you. The bed was very comfortable! I liked my room. They offered me pickups as well, very sweet!

All the staff, especially on the desk, were very lovely and helpful. Without their help, I probably wouldn't have enjoyed the trip half as much. They were able to make organising trips or travel arrangements very easy. The hotel has a calm, pleasant atmosphere and I'll happily be back in the wet season when it hopefully cools down a little ^^

Really enjoyed our stay here. Nice room and shower, good pool area and a nice braekfast with choice. Water always available. Staff were very helpful. We hired a Tuc Tuc Driver from this hotel for all our transport around Ankor Watt and Siem Riap. A really helpful and friendly driver. For the price we payed 10/10. Thanks

There was a little noise from the road outside with street vendors working until midnight-ish but ear plugs helped with this.
Our stay was made even better by each member of staff, who were friendly and helpful and even more so the manager who went above and beyond to assist with things outside of her remit. We cannot fault the team. The shower was great, despite being a simple set up, the pool was a really great bonus and the breakfast area on the roof patio was a lovely view to start the day. We felt very looked after and found the hotel was really great value for money.

I couldn’t find anything i hate in this hotel, I am grateful to go back home with a-lot more money left then what I calculated.
Deciding to stay in this hotel was the best decision of my whole trip. At first I was skeptical about the reviews, but decided to book anyway due to a very reasonable price, and I ending up staying there for a week. I enjoy everything from the service to the room. The owner and everyone that run this hotel not only take a great care of me but they also recommended me to the best restaurants and places to visit for a very cheap price compared to taking tour. The price is way cheaper than the tour I booked. I was able to visit and learn about more than I have seen in tour. The breakfast is great and the roof top have the best view of siem reap river. I was able to go for a really good jog and swim in there pool in the morning, because the air around the hotel is fresh and clean and the environment are so peaceful, I never got any of my stuff stolen or meet any bad people around the hotel. Normally I couldn’t sleep in any hotel room for long because the place is too noisy or there bed just smell bad and too stiff, but here is the best, there are no noise at night and the bed is soft and smell really good. The room are very clean and smell like flower, I was able to relax on there bed without any problems, it was the most relaxing experience I ever had. I couldn’t recommend this place enough, it is so underrated, I would say this hotel have saved me from spending way too much money then I supposed to and get the most experience in Siem Reap.

Bathroom not the cleanest, most likely due to no fan. Mould in corners of shower and shower gel/shampoo dispenser
