The apartment was nice. But it wasn't the one we booked. Apparently there was an issue with the roo. So we were placed over the road. We expected to be above the umall but we weren't. But the apartment was nice. A d the pool was amazing(huge!!!!).

The apartment was not clean properly and there is no chair to sit on. I choose sea view room apartment but I cannot see any sea.

Contacting the host was difficult. We had a phone number but she didn't reply. The only way to contact her was through the booking.com app. However, once contact was made, the host was great. Strongly recommend using the app to communicate with this host.

Wonderful place, enjoyed my stay, comfortable, clean room, on top of a mall with many shops and restaurants. Close to the beach.

Bed was really hard , but that can be arranged by owner, asian clientele usually like hard mattress . But he has also different bed type . But I only learned that after my stay . No big problem though .

Spotless clean .washing machine . Big swimming pool , small air conditioned gym . Supermarket, food court , restaurants in the mall .

Only negative was having no oil or butter to cook. Salt, pepper etc. Provided which was great but as I was only there for a short time some cooking oil would've been great. Also a knife and spoon/spatula for cooking would have been helpful.

The apartment is above a mall that 99% caters to Chinese tourists (with money to spend by the prices). All of the restaurants in the mall and surrounding area are Chinese only (except KFC). The apartment was not what we booked at all. The second bed was not a sofa bed but a small couch. The kitchen had no cooking utensils at all. Th washing machine was filthy inside. The swimming pool was empty and under major repairs (which we were not told about even when we asked where the pool was located. Only told it was on the 6th floor.) The room has cockroaches crawling throughout. The air conditioner dripped water over the bed side table where there is a lamp and wall outlet to charge devices. When using the lift, my 8yr old daughter and myself witnessed Chinese patrons smoking in the lift. When told to stop this, they became very rude. You could not pay me to stay in this feral place. It is certainly not for families or any one that is not interested in late night Casinos and ladies of the night. We were more than happy to leave this place without a refund (we tried but were told No as they can not control Chinese) just to get out of this unsafe and unclean apartment. We were there less than 8hrs before finding something much better (with honest owners and staff). I can not stress enough....DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!

- Staff's attitude. I had to ask 2 days before they came and cleaned the room. Didn't want to ask the second time already. Wifi stopped working, and they couldn't fix it for 3 days. Mobile internet works awfully in this area, so WiFi was important there.

Not so good service. Asked for toiletpaper when it was finished and never get it, despite they say on booking.com that it should be provided.

A small room with a great view over Sihanoukville. The best with the room was the washing machine on the balcony. A small gym and a big pool was also positive things.

Unfortunately we decided to leave the property early and check in to a nearby hotel. The guests/residents in the next apartment were partying with loud chatter and loud music (like a night club) until around 8am. The walls were so thin that we couldn’t sleep at all plus we were getting second hand smoke from the next apartment which made the air in our apartment really hard to breathe. The apartment itself is far from luxurious. Very basic and quite a rough finish to everything and it wasn’t very clean. The drains in the shower when used gave off a bad smell and the towels provided just seemed like they were from someone’s home. Signs on the wall asked guests to wash dishes after being used but no cleaning products or equipment is left to do so.

Conveniently located above the Prince Mall giving access to places to eat and a convenience store.

Nicest, most professional welcome staff I've seen anywhere in Cambodia. Extremely helpful and generous with her time and energy. Clean rooms and tons of extra amenities (free water, washing machine, free coffee, fridge, etc). Pool is nice and just above the U mall.

It was not clean as shown in pictures. The property was not in a good shape need a lot of maintenance. There was not even a Sofa or dinning table to eat. Basic facilities were missing. Even it was paid parking which was a surprise as well. Huge disappointment.

It is a flat in a huge building with very tight security and mostly unhelpful people. The pool is surrounded by overpresent concrete which makes it unbearable to stay there on a hot day. The whole building is just bad quality. Additionally, the contact person starts work at approximately 8 am so if you arrive earlier you will not have anywhere to even leave your luggage. Most of the information you have to pull out yourself from the contact person, because they will not provide them to you unless you ask. Only one set of towels for the whole stay and one roll of toilet paper …

It was ok in terms of furniture and basic equipment. Quite nice contact person.
