The staff is sooooo nice, the room is clean and close to the city center, but also quite, we stayed 4 nights, and would have stayed more if needed

A very pleasant surprise. The value for money was excellent. The room was so clean it even smelled fresh. It's a 10-minute walk from the center, so it's not far and it's quieter. The owner was very nice. There was water and coffee in the room. The room was spacious with a large bathroom.

The only minus point were the noises around. Although the accommodation is not located at a street and you won't have any of those rushing noises, unfortunately, a sort of workshop place with sawing and a construction side are close by, starting at 8am or so in the morning. But this is out of the hands of the guesthouse itself and if you are on a trip all day, you won't notice it much.

I enjoyed 3 weeks at the lovely Sunset View Guesthouse! The room was really beautiful, especially the lights, clean and with big windows for bright light. I loved the plants all around and the kind receptionist, owners and cute dog, which gave me a feeling of home. The location is good for any visit of Siem Real city and a stroll along the river. For Angkor Wat a scooter, tuktuk, taxi or bike is needed (about 20-30 min). For solo travellers and couples alike a beautiful home for a stay!

15 minutes walk to the night market, very clean room and surroundings, parking for scooters behind the gate, super nice staff, cute dog ;) quiet neighborhood, large terrace, very comfortable bed.

We from Myanmar came there for travel Angkor wat . Room is surprise us it clean and so quiet and have a place we can sit and view sunset and drink .location is near to walking street pub street and other like 7/11 and etc a lot of street food distance just only 20 minutes . Room also have free coffee..etc

Maybe not the best place to meet people if you're a solo traveler.

Everything ! The room was big, clean and beautiful. The location is perfect, 10 minutes away from the night market and pubstreet, so you can enjoy some peace but also go for a little night out if you feel like it. The staff are friendly and helpful if you have any question.

Everything was good, nothing to complain.

Cozy guesthouse with rooftop and tidy room. I had a lot of space to put my stuff and even some cabinets with locker. The manager/owner Nith will be happy to give you some tips about the surroundings and can help you with scooter/laundry/entertainment bookings. Good value for money as I paid 11$ a night.

The neighbours in the room were loud until 3 am so we couldnt sleep. There is no reception at night to take care. We were really tired. After asking to move to another room we were told that the reception will talk to the neighbours but she forget it so the next night was noisy too. After a few times asking we could have move but the matress from the other room was to old, so we stayed in the old room. No tours/ services to book there

I paid via booking.com and when i arrived there, they said no money arrived so i paid by cash. I call to booking.com and they said everything is under control, but i have never get any money back. And how they handle this situation in first place in hotel was straight forward bullying, they didn't listen anything, even i was in phone to booking.com. Not happy with that. Just saying be careful with that place.

Large gap between the door and outside so no barrier from the noise from reception or the next door neighbours dog! Which ... makes a lot of noise. Someone was shouting and crying ourside at 1am it was so loud for us in the room! They may as well be in the same room as you, you can see ourside through the gap Host was only at reception once while we stayed, we went back time and time again and rang the bell as we had no toilet roll after 1 night but never answered to bell.
