No fault of the resort but the tide goes out a long way so no swimming in the sea until afternoon

Everything was AMAZING! The cabins were clean and well equipped, the staff were all super helpful, the beach is idyllic, the food is delicious and great value for money. The pool was also kept very clean and there was an amazing massage hut on the beach. There are paddleboards and kayaks to use in the sea free of charge which was the cherry on the top for us!

Doors to cabins don’t close completely (there is a tiny gap around the edge) so I was nervous they were not mosquito proof!

The room was really spacious, and clean. The beds were big and comfortable. The shower was lovely. The beach is so close and lots of sun loungers, kayaks and paddle boards at your disposal. The pool was a good size, maybe needs a bit of upkeep.

The resorts restaurant is under construction so you have to use the restaurant of the neighbouring resort. The food was really nice but it was a little inconvenient. There is no lobby/reception area. There is also no gym.

Beautiful location. Amazing view. Clean beach. Nice Pool. Friendly and helpful staff. They rent out scooters for fair prices, which is a fun activity. There are other resorts close by. We feared it would be too busy but it's actually quite handy. You can easily go out eating or visit a bar.

Currently they are building a new restaurant. Some minor noises in the morning. The cabins have signs of usage here and there. Might need some updates.

A really comfortable and attractive hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was great and good value for money. AirCon was great. Very good pool. We booked out of season, so it was a bit quiet. The location was great and the beach was fantastic.

The resort is absolutely stunning — clean, stylish bungalows right by the beach, crystal-clear water, and a relaxing pool area. The atmosphere is peaceful and ideal for a beach escape. Special thanks to Dimitri for his warm welcome and kind help throughout our stay. He made everything feel easy and personal.

There’s really nothing to complain about. Everything was just as expected — maybe even better!

The location was stunning, the best view we have ever had on the most beautiful island we have ever visited throughout Asia and the Pacific. Dimitri the manager was kind, helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. He gave us a free upgrade to a beachfront room. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and contained everything to make you comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.

Beautiful beach, nice restaurants and staff close by. Drinks on the beach at night and beautiful pools is a nice touch to the overall stay. You and me restaurant was fantastic and staff are so friendly. Best pizza we’ve had in a long time.

Toilet smelt mouldy and clogged a couple of times.

Friendly staff and the location was amazing, if you like to stay away from partying people. Just enjoy the beach, the peace and the beauty of this island. Great room size and the bathroom. The bathroom appliances bit worn down, hyt maybe becayse of the water type.. not sure.

There were works taking place at the property. Startingbat 7am!!! Firstly you didn't inform us about it, and we spend quite some money to stay there. Secondly...seriously...starting works at 7am, at a hotel where pople come on holidays to rest???? Thats a joke. You could have started later or come up with some other solitution. Or not rent out these bungalows that are close to the construction site!! Huge minus for that.

The Beach, lunch and dinner were great! Staff amazing! Fresh fruit every morning. They acknowledged our anniversary and we appreciated it!

The rooms definitely need upgrading badly. Was definitely disappointed with that. Breakfast was repetitive.

We stayed at The One Resort for two nights and had planned an early check-out around 6:00 AM, which we had clearly communicated to the staff upon our arrival. Unfortunately, several aspects of our experience were deeply disappointing and raise serious concerns about the management and standards of the resort. On our last night, around 11:00 PM, we attempted to find a staff member to settle our bill in advance. Shockingly, the resort was completely unattended. We searched the common areas, including the kitchen, where we discovered rats on the counters: an alarming hygiene violation that presents a significant health risk to guests. The complete absence of staff at that hour is unacceptable and raises the question of what would happen in the event of an emergency. With no one available, we had no choice but to go to sleep, hoping someone would be present in the morning. Unfortunately, when we left for our early ferry, no staff was around, leaving us to depart without formally checking out. Later that morning, I received WhatsApp calls from two different numbers, including one private number. One of the callers, who did not identify himself, had access to my personal information, which was never disclosed or shared with consent. This is a serious breach of privacy and added to the discomfort of an already negative experience.
