The error was putting me in the wrong room instead of an apartment and did not inform till the next morning. When I checked out after 30 minutes of requesting a refund of the overcharge it was finally done after talking to a booking.com manager. I enjoyed my stay but the error frustrated me. I should have been informed sooner so I could move before unpacking.

Very dirty rooms ( I rented an apartment ) , with cockroaches ( I changed three rooms ) , but there were cockroaches everywhere . The furniture is very dirty, everything is stained, the rooms smells of smoke, the walls are all smeared with dirt, the cutlery are sticky and dirty, there was no kettle, but there was a cooler in the room that did not work on hot water. Cleaning the rooms with a dirty rag, after which it smells even more. I couldn’t cancel because I would have lost my money (the payment for the rooms was for earlier)

Cannot watch tv as no antenna, don't know why they can't provide this connection for the hotel first time we experienced this kind of situation, so we basically watched blank tv screen from the couch for our 7 days stay. There shows to connect through WiFi but couldn't get it to work also. Not a big deal as we're on holiday not go to stay in room to watch tv however we were sick more than half our stay.

It was in china town, a modern one. It's not like other cities where the china town is historical and cool, this is weird modern china. Nothing Cambodian nearby, feels like a strange world. The building was too tall, going in the elevators took a long time and had my ears popping. Feels very isolated

1. It's not a hotel , it's a service MD apartment. 2. No tea in roo. 3. No soap or liquid for washing hands on wash basin 4. beds move around on wheels, nothing to.keep them in place 5. staff said gym closes 9pm but actually was 10 pm 6. Most important: gave 1 key card for room and charged $15 USD deposit and warned ⚠️ if lose card, lose deposit. This was totally acceptable 10 years ago. But today we all know these cards are ordered in bulk for cents, then loaded or unlinked to room at your choice for software. No need to charge $15 for bond or charge anything for lost card. Need to change with time. It's 2024

Nightclub on the street behind had bass so loud it vibrated the apartment despite us being in floor 23 until 4am each day. Request a room on the front of the property to avoid this.

Brilliant pool and gym. Lovely apartment. Our rooms were available at 10am which was great, we were expecting just to drop off bags and check in later. Be aware that if you book a hotel room and an apartment they are in different towers and you aren’t allowed to cross the bridge from one side to the next after 11pm. As a family of 6 we used an apartment as our base then had a twin hotel room to accommodate all at night (reception were aware) and security prevented my husband and son getting back, all was resolved but it was an unnecessary inconvenience at bedtime. Washing machine was useful. Would be better if 3 bedroom apartments to accommodate 6 were available i.e bunkbed option in third room. Easy to get grab tacos from outside.

Location. The building is very tall and overlooks a chinese market. Traffic in Phnom Penh is extremely loud and can be heard even during the night on 32nd floor. Balcony is quite thin but you can just about sit on it although air con unit blows very hot air on balcony.

Spacious 1 bed apartment. Staff very friendly. Moved us to another apartment due to very bad smell in the first apartment.

Smell in shower. Elevators sometimes didn’t work at all and I waited 10 min when it will work again. Have building construction not far from hotel, have noise from there from early morning. A lot of noisy Chinese neighbors.

The bathroom was tiny with no glass between the toilette and showerspace, so the water didn’t go anywhere after shower. Our stay wasn’t very pleasant as the construction started next door and heavy renovation and painting smells came through the ventilation what literally made us dizzy. We wanted to change the rooms and we were promised that we could do that but few hours later the agreement was somehow forgotten, we had to explain everything again and they wanted to charge us with some extra dollars. Overall it all felt a little strange, and as it was in the middle of our working day that was already interrupted with unexpected moving, we decided to leave.

A large room with excellent view on the city. Nice pool and gym upstairs but no towels or possibility to drink water there. (And you can’t bring your own drinks.)
