No TV in the room. Receiving two or three pointless WhatsApp messages a day. On leaving I received a message, "We're best friends for ever!" Hardly.

All the staff were great, sometimes overly-eager to please. Excellent, large swimming pool surrounded by greenery.

Nothing, too perfect

This was the best stay ever!! Feels like a Home far from Home. Incredible friendly staff, always there with a smile, willing to help. Everything so clean and perfect. Arranged for us rides back and forth to airpor, upgraded our room, provide laundry service, great massage service. If in Siemp Reap , this is the hotel to stay in !!!!

The hotel's team are absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them. The hotel itself is new, comfortable and the pool is brilliant, the "jungle" feel gives it a real feeling of peace and seclusion. Location wise, the hotel is perfectly situYed about a ten minute walk from Pub Street , so you can easily reach it on foot if that's your thing , but you don't get any of the associated noise.

The restaurant could be improved. We had several issues while eating there. The first one was when we ordered food that was listed in the menu to be with mocarella, but when they brought the food, it had different type of cheese. Another instance was when bread had some mold on it. In both cases, staff handled it perfectly and offered replacements and some free fruits for inconvenience.

Clean, spacious room that matches the photos. The environment around the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Customer service is top-notch. They are very helpful with any questions you have.

The staff are exceptional and I don't think we have ever experienced the level of attention that we were given, by everyone! Price was excellent and walking distance to everything. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend The Jungle as it felt like coming home everytime we came back! And the pool was fantastic, nice and refreshing after a hot and humid day! Was very sad to leave but we will come back! It felt like we were giving back to the Cambodian people and not some rich foreigner. So be aware of where your money goes as the Cambodians need your support not the billionaires of our world!!

As a solo traveller, I feel at home here, hence why it’s my second visit in 2 weeks. The rooms are an organic modern style, really clean and with very comfortable beds. The staff are genuinely lovely and remember the little things that make the experience here so much more meaningful.

Exceptional hotel, very close to the city center and an amazing jungle pool. The rooms are spacious, and in our case, they even let us check out at 4:00 PM. Beautiful relaxing hotel with amazing, friendly kind staff. We loved all of the trees and plants around the pool. The room was super comfortable, well designed and extremely clean with beautiful flowers around. We ate at the restaurant lots of times and the food was delicious We had an amazing time and would love to come back to the jungle one day.
