We booked for 6 nights. The room was a good size, quiet & clean. The location was ideal. The pool was a good size with loungers + towels. We were able to get laundry done, book an Ankor Wat tour & a bus transfer to Battambang from the hotel. The staff were very helpful & welcoming! Thank you for the stay.

Cleanliness could be better. Pretty clean for the most part but the couch moved and saw a bunch of dust and random trash under it. Could do a bit more cleaning. When we asked them to make up our room, we were expecting the beds to be made as well but only the floor and the table was mopped. Besides that, the experience was pretty decent.

Quiet area that is still within proximity to pub street. Quite good value of the price and pace itself. Has a lot more potential and would definitely be okay with paying a slightly higher price with a bit of cleanup. Staff were quite helpful and accommodating.

There is only one mirror in the family Deluxe room. Suggest to add another mirror in the living space.

Everything is perfect. Staff really nice. We arrived early in the morning, they even provide us early check in without charge. The location is great, you just need to walk around 10min to Pub Street and you can find salon or haircut or grab some food near by if you tired from the the trip. Thank you.

The pool was great. The hotel organized tours of the Angkor temples for us, as well as a taxi to Phnom Penh at a reasonable rate. Breakfast was simple, but good-- you pick one choice off of a menu plus a drink. I always took the omelette with toast. My kids picked pancakes or cereal or fruit. There were some Asian style breakfast choices too. Our room was big and beds comfortable (my back loves firm Asian mattresses). I would definitely stay here again.

Had others staying that made noise all night. Would love to see rules in place to prevent this. Plenty of bars if you want to party late. I was staying with a family. We almost checked out after the first night

Everything was perfect. Hotel is located in a quiet area not far from city center. Apartment is well decorated and clean. Staff is nice and helpful, i want to thank in particular the woman who arranged the king room with jacuzzi as I asked her.I dont not her name but she is awesome! Thank you a lot!!! : ) I will definetly stay here again and recomend the place to everyone.

The mattress was average, the meals except for breakfast were average or below average. Seems like another guy was cooking. We gave our clothes for laundry but when we received them, weren't clean enough and didn't smell good.

The staff was very helpful even if they dont speak english, almost at all. The breakfast was very very good. The room was big and clean. The pool was clean

The property is clean and comfortable. We had the family room for 5 which had plenty of space. The staff are so lovely and helpful. The pool was clean. It’s a great location as not in the busy area but is only a 10 minute walk. Would recommend for a stay to explore Siem Reap

What I don't like is that clamp bracket of hand shower is broken, and there are no labels on shampoo and shower gel container, which makes it hard to distinguish plus the banner of the hotel is also hard to notice that it make me drove passing many times.

I like how big the room is, the cleanliness, the location and the swimming pool.

Some small maintenance issues could have been better. The toilet seat had a broken hinge, and the shower drain was slow. The pool looked clean, but our kids who swam said it needed cleaning.

1. It is ideally situated near the main tourist centers in Siem Reap, however it is set back from the road, so it is still quiet and peaceful. 2. We traveled with family, and found the rooms spacious and comfortable. They were nicely decorated and clean. 3. The staff was very friendly and helpful. 4. The grounds were beautiful, well kept, quiet, and peaceful. We'll definitely be staying here again when in Siem Reap.
