How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Verified reviewWe had a great stay, and we loved getting back to the hotel to swim and relax after touring the temples every day, and before heading out in the evening. Great location, although they were all young, everyone was just lovely, super service always, attentive and efficient. The room we booked was spacious, and the wooden interior styling was just wonderful for us! The hotel is located just 5 to 10 minutes max for us, just by walking from the hotel to the pub street. If I come back to Siem Reap, I will definitely stay here again.

Verified reviewFinding a place to stay while we're in Siem Reap to visit the temples. We also booked a tour guide, and the service (driver) was perfect. The room was spacious and very clean. I had a ground-floor room with direct access to the pool and a small area outside the room to sit and relax by the pool. Good location, a 10-minute walk or 3 minutes by tuk-tuk to the main bars and restaurants. Would love to stay again!

Verified reviewIts my second time to stay here and each time its special. I consider this place as my home in Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious. Theyre clean. The luscious garden was very relaxing, the pool was great. Waking up every morning and looking at the place and hearing birds chirping was an amazing experience. Everyone was nice, smiling and just ready to help. Almost everyone spoke English so communication will not be a problem. Pubstreet was like a 10 minute walk away or 3 minutes by tuktuk. There is a restaurant in the hotel but there are mini stores beside the hotel too. I cant imagine staying at a different hotel when I'm in Siem Reap. Will keep coming back!

Good communication throughout the booking and arrival process, and always smiling and happy to help in any way. location is easy walk to town, but away from all noise and street traffic.

Verified reviewStaff were friendly and really keen to help. The pool area is lovely. Breakfast offering is decent. Location is good and walking distance to centre of town. Comfortable beds with nice bed linen.
Rooms are tired. Ours didn’t have a working TV or fridge and had a hole in the bathroom roof. Other room had no hot water on arrival. Had to wait three hours before they could access their room. Very little natural light in the rooms. Air con less efficient in other room.

Verified reviewA lovely oasis of peace and calm just 5 minutes away on foot from night market, pub street, the food court and all the restaurants and eateries. We loved being able to walk out of the hotel into the middle of it all! The pool was wonderful to come back to after a hit day sightseeing. Staff very attentive and helpful organising ongoing travel, tours and laundry. Breakfast was plentiful and coffee was good. I didn’t have time to try the spa as I was travelling with kids but would have loved to. Worth spending a little more on the larger rooms which are very comfortable.

The hospitality is top notch, the rooms are comfortable, and they are always clean after coming back from Siem Reap. Verified reviewJust returned from a visit to Siem Reap. We stayed at this property. It was wonderful. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The free bus pickup was on time and easy to spot (sign in hand). Our room was clean and comfortable, the bed was big, and the room itself was overall spacious. The internet was working fine, and the location of the hotel is easy to get around. The pub street was less than 10 minutes away from us. The pool area was relaxing and just what we needed after long, hot hours of touring. I only had one spa treatment - a full body massage - the last morning, but wished I had booked several because it was fantastic.

Verified reviewFrom the moment they picked us up from the bus station to the very last second in Siem Reap. The rooms are very nice and the location can't be beat, took us mostly a few minutes to the pub street and where you'll find plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops. Verified reviewWe had a great stay here, everyone was welcoming and very friendly from the front desk to the housekeeping team. The room we stayed in was clean and overall spacious. The bed was big, and it was quiet at night; the sleep quality was nice for us. Location of the hotel was easy to get around and there are many nightlife activities nearby the hotel as well, just a few minutes walk down the street. Would love to have a second stay here, first time in Siem Reap for us, it's a bit short, but we'll be back for more!
