The switch that made the shower head switch on didnt work, and hot water was questionable

Staff was amazing, I got in at 10:30 pm and was out at 4:30 am, so it was a short stay, but they could not have been nicer and the location was amazing!

Very good location. Just a couple minutes walk from the main street. The room was very large and all in all alright for the price. The breakfast was okay, you could choose khmer and continental cuisine which was great.

The hotel is situated close to the pub street and the market. The hotel staff provides good service and is very helpful and accommodating. They also let me stay at the lounge while waiting for my next trip in the evening.

the rooms at the front with the balconies are very noisy, there isn’t any sound proofing. the hotel itself is lovely and the staff are exceptional and very helpful!

This hotel doesnt have an Elevator, if you are going to check in here with luggages then be ready to carry your luggages to your room, but staff are friendly and helpful to carry your luggage to your room. You only have 2 options for breakfast.

The location of the hotel was near to the PUB Street, and the location was quiet. The bed was comfortable, behind the TV was very dusty, and a Little Advice make sure you separate the keycard and the room key, so the A/C will continue running if you go outside for a tour. Because once you remove the keycard the A/C will turned off. If you came back from tour the room was very hot and it will take time to cool the room.

Nothing negative to say really except the TV didn't work. We really only wanted to watch the World Cup! If TV's don't work, why put them in the rooms. Perhaps after having a shower the floor was wet around the toilet area for a while but dried pretty quickly. No lift perhaps but the stairs were absolutely fine and were just on the 2nd floor.

The location was perfect for the markets, street food sellers and getting tuk tuks. Maybe a little noisy with traffic in the morning but not a problem. The hotel has a clean, spacious and welcoming feel. The room was a good size, comfortable beds, air conditoning, balcony, fridge, kettle and welcome hot water plus bathrobes! Nice to have a hair dryer, too. An enticing and clean- looking pool but no time to enjoy it. As the temperatures rise over the next few months perfect to cool off. Very warm and friendly staff willing to help with any other needs. We were allowed to keep our room on the last day until 5pm for a minimal amount. Great value for the money I paid and I would definitely return.

The proprety seems in an older building and I assume they will continue to improve / renovate to the standard in the front desk / pool area. Additionally, the property didn’t have an iron and the shower didn’t have a box.

Great location - walking distance from the night market, old market and pub street. Staff was very kind and helpful during our stay plus the room was always clean.

There were some misunderstandings concerning late check out and pool use due to language barriers. We requested to switch out a pillow, which never came. The room had stains on the walls which smelled and looked like brown hair-dye. The hairdryer was completely covered in hair-dye.

The hotel had a clean pool, spacious room and all the needed amenities. We were able to spend some time at the pool after checkout, which was very cool. Pub Street, Night Market, Restaurants and 7Eleven were in walking distance. The location of the hotel was good, because it was close to all those things yet still quiet.

Fantastic location right at the heart of Siem Reap. Nice pool that is open from 7am to 10pm. But above everything were the fantastic staff who were polite, engaging and fantastic at everything. They went above and beyond to try and make out stay well.

We were situated in older I think side of the hotel..not sure ? 2 rooms we were as had to change to a different one due to smell and small bugs , were old and very worn out . Temperamental and noisy air conditioning , no hot water only light one. Not very comfortable room and bed ..although better then the 1st one... Small breakfast .

Location very good as close to Night Market and Pub Street 👌 Very nice friendly and helpful staff . Reception with lobby looks good and swimming pool. Close to 7/11, motorbike rental and laundry.

Our stay at the Rabbit Hole Hotel in Siem Reap was exceptional. The staff & management were incredibly friendly, attentive, & went above & beyond to accommodate all our requests. The hotel’s location is perfect—just a short walk from the heart of Siem Reap, making it easy to explore the city. The facilities were clean, comfortable, & well-maintained. Upon arrival in Siem Reap, we misplaced a bag at the airport. The hotel manager, Chhunhai, truly exceeded our expectations by taking the initiative to locate our luggage & have it delivered to the hotel within hours. We were extremely grateful for his dedication & outstanding service. We highly recommend the Rabbit Hole Hotel & will definitely stay here again!
