Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The door locks are fiddly. No elevator for the top floors.
Great location almost next to riverside and a photogenic wet market. Rooms are simple but functional. TV has international channels. WiFi works. Restaurant attached. Sells bus tickets that deliver. Very good value for money, but don't expect luxury.

Nothing really comes to mind.
Good place, nice room, very clean and a cute little bar area to have a drink. You probably can't get a better location, being so close to the promenade.

it's really convinced really close by everything you need down to the street restaurant, riverside, royal palace and local maket. the staff and the owner really friendly and helpful if need something just asks. I will choose to stay there again.

I was at first taken to a standard room, I had requested an outside window because I have breathing difficulties and I was taken to a very small dingy room. It smelled of damp because the "outside" window opened onto nextdoor's wall so there was no ventilation. I quickly realised that the pictures on the website were very different however, when I complained, the owner kindly put me in a much larger room. The decor is very dated throughout but the owner is very kind and advised that he had bought the property just before the pandemic so I'm guessing he's not been able to do any refurbs yet. Everything very clean which is the main thing. I'd advise not to book buses to Ho Chi Mình from here though because even though a tuk tuk comes to pick you up from right outside, the bus driver didn't assist me at Möc Bái for my visa and even left me there. Being alone without his support, meant the staff at Möc Bái overcharged me. And after paying the bribes, I then had to pay for another bus service to HCMC. I hope the nice owner reads this as I'm sure if he knows that the bus company do this, he'll stop sending them business and collaborate with a different bus company.
The location is very central and the staff are very nice. Also the shower... very nice temperature and pressure but the bathroom isn't very pretty.

There wasn't much of a view even from floor 10. Some of the furniture could be renewed I feel. The front of the reception area could be decorated a little better.
Very friendly staff, excellent coffee and ideal location. Good food and service. Very nice communal area for sitting chatting eating and socialising.

I was with 3 teenagers, Big rooms cambodian style, clean,, very quiet, closes to everything and great value for you're money. Lots of steps up. Owner after realizing we forgot a bag, brought to us at our buss station to Kartie.

Rooms need a bit of maintenance. Bathroom could’ve been cleaned more. Glue on the headboard of the bed, so you get stuck to it….. not very pleasant. No sheet on the duvet. It’s fine, it’s kind of what you expect on a budget.

Walking up 6 floors to penthouse. Great view not so great walk up the stairs.
Location and staff are both great. Helpful with a great tuk tuk driver to get train tickets and to train next day.

The guest house should have a hair-dryer and a curtain in bathroom.
Great location. Near the Tonle sap river and the night market. You can walk to the Royal Palace, night market and the National Museum. There is a big park near the river and there are casinos. restaurants, cafe, great food with reasonable price.

The location in the city means that it can be experienced as noisy, but that's something you have to deal with when you live in the center and near the bar areas, Rooms are clean and tidy, but the beds could be made a bit more comfortable.
Affordable if you're on a budget. Very nice and helpful staff. It means a lot to be able to get personal contact with the owner and family. Tasty food in the restaurant. Excellent Cappuccino.

Air-conditioning not cold . Luckily they spare another fan for us but still hot. The sink not work well a little bit slow and stuck with water.

I don't mind walking up to the 7th floor....it's free exercise ;-)...... But the Wifi reception is atrocious....should be an easy fix?!
I had the penthouse room..... Great hosts.....nice simple but very comfortable room .....HUGE terrace ....I haven't slept this well in a long time. I liked staying here
