We loved the staff, our room was super spacious. The TV at night was hard to figure out and didn't allow casting from cellphone but that is a minor problem on such a beautiful island. The resort was beautiful and the beach was a dream although the waves are rougher on this side compared to Nevis. The property did have 2 pools but they did not appear as advertised [again slightly minor issue with such a lovely beach on the property but it would have been nice to swim in the pool without being surrounded by bushes and bugs]. So I would give them a 9 out of 10 for those two minor issues that may not be an issue for other guests. We would stay here again. The grill on the property is totally worth it and the food was Michelin star worthy, so fresh and the staff was amazing.

United KingdomThe staff tried to aggressively sell me a shady travelling private members club, something similar to a timeshare. I kept telling them to wrap up the presentation because I am not interested and I want to enjoy my holiday. They were very pushy and asked me to give them an answer on the spot. I asked for an email with the details so I can think about to which they replied they are not allowed to send out any emails or give any documents outside of the office. It was a very shady experience.

United KingdomWe were in room 1B1. The bathroom door locked us out of the bathroom. The hotel was unable to repair this over night. We had to keep disturbing the other couple staying with us to use their en suite bathroom. We got some money back as we were checking out but we did have to ask We went on a bank holiday so the restaurant was closed. It would have been nice to know this before we arrived

Right on the beach, not far from Oualie Beach water taxi service, and only 5 minutes from Pinney's Beach. Very clean, comfortable, and quiet lodging. Full kitchen if you want to cook or bring take away back to the room. You can walk down the beach to Barefoot Bar (3 minute walk) as well.

United KingdomThe TV was initially broken and the fire stick was missing. This was soon rectified through the engineer on site. Unfortunately we did have a power cut on arrival and the noise of the standby generator was very loud being just outside the main reception. The whole complex would have been able to hear it. The cause was not to do with the hotel.
A large apartment with all the required facilities. The whole site was clean and tidy and the staff were always friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool but it was nice and clean. The beach was lovely and not too busy during our stay. The beach restaurant was lovely though only used it once. as we ate in the apartment for the remainder of the time.

United StatesOur biggest complaint was water heat and pressure. On arrival we were told the water sometimes cuts out and the supply is uneven so we took very quick showers, sometimes with limited hot water. The other issue is that while this complex is right on the beach, you cannot easily walk to another restaurant. The unit has a great kitchen so if you want to cook that is perfect. Otherwise, you need to take a taxi and that can get expensive. Top recommendation for a nice restaurant is Drift for dinner. Amazing location and views but arrive before sunset so you can enjoy. Also recommend stopping at the grocery store on your way to Hamilton so you can pick up basic supplies like water and coffee. Spent all our time on the beach. Did not use the pools - they are shallow and more decorative than good for swimming.
This was a wonderful property right on what felt like a private beach. Our unit (3G) was modern, clean and private and had multiple balconies and a covered outside eating area as well. There was a great restaurant onsite (Yachtsman’s Grill) and we ate most of our meals there. Food prices are high (similar to NYC - you’re on an island and many items have to be shipped in) but alcohol prices were generally lower than the US. Food was great, though wish there had been more local items or flavors to give you a taste of local cuisine. The staff were incredibly friendly and they were one of the highlights. Beautiful and laid back island.

United StatesThe two bedroom beachfront unit we reserved wasn't as it had been described to us. It was on the 3rd floor, not at beachfront level. We accepted a downgrade to a one bedroom unit. When we checked out, the property charged us for a two bedroom beachfront unit, whereas our actual unit was a one bedroom pool & garden view unit. After some negotiation, supported by Booking.com, the property readily agreed to refund the overcharge. There are no true beachfront units at this property; rather, the units that face the ocean are all second and third story units.

Having the Yachtsman Beach restaurant at the facility was more than we expected. The food BL& D and drinks were great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We had a few dinners at the area restaurants, but most of our meals and snacks and drinks were at the Yachtsman. We came to relax, and they made it happen.....
