We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United StatesWhile common areas were air conditioned, individual capsules are not. It was a little stuffy; I needed to buy a fan to blow throughout the night. The luggage lockers were not large enough to easily fit my bag (58 x 37 x 25 cm), so I could only leave it on the open luggage racks.
Location was extremely convenient. Very close proximity to a great number of shops, restaurants, bars, etc. and public transportation (approximately a 10-minute walk to Sangsu station). Breakfast spread was simple (toast and jelly, cereal, etc.) but nice. Showers with adjoining changing room were extremely modern and completely private. Plentiful toiletries provided (towels, toothpaste, etc.). Overall a great value for the price.

JapanGreat location! This capsule has a door and lock so you feel safe and comfortable in your capsule. The bed was comfortable and they had a hanger, light, and outlet in your capsule. The locker room was clean with plenty of luggage space & a small locker that can fit a normal size backpack and a jacket. I was able to keep my suitcase there after checkout and come back before my flight around 4. There are 3 showers shared between men & women- I had no issues showering when I needed but I imagine on crowded days you may have to wait.

JapanNothing bad, but the place is difficult to find. It’s above Gongcha, just go through the small garage to the right side of Gongcha and there is an elevator you take to the 4th floor.
The capsules lock and are very comfortable. You receive a small locker that you can store a jacket and backpack, large luggage can be left in the locker room. Checking in was really easy and everything is automated, but the staff I saw were very friendly :) It’s very centralized - walking distance to hongdae and close to several stations.

GermanyUnfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. The bathrooms were not cleaned at all while I was there. The floors were dirty, not mopped, with hair and built-up grime everywhere. Trash bins were not emptied regularly. They attempted to "clean" the floor using a lint roller… The hallways were also not clean, and the common areas, including the lounge, were never properly cleaned. Breakfast items were left out until the next day and not cleared away, which was very unhygienic. This place has potential, but the cleanliness urgently needs to be addressed.
The location is perfect for partygoers — close to nightlife and well connected. The interior is relatively new and modern, which initially gave a good impression.
