The rooms were comfortable and a pretty good size. Beds were comfortable and kept clean. The area was OK, with some nice restaurants nearby.

the carpet in rooms needs to be updated a.s.a.p. They were all stained and pretty gross. One of our rooms was facing a pretty loud street.

Good location easy access to metro line 1/2/5 and close. Although the facilities are not the most up to date, the stay is a convenient and comfortable one. The staffs are especially nice and accommodating.

A large room in a good location with a short taxi ride to the centre. Great value for the money paid.

There was nowhere to get food or drink and the small cafe was closed the whole time. There were restaurants near the hotel though.

Staff are very kind and super helpful! My niece suddenly got sick , they were helping us to find a clinic and looking for pharmacy. Location is good and very close to metro station Matras & pillows were sooo confortable We were planning to move to other hotel but we extend their for all our stay in Seoul Thank you guys and see you again !

Only the carpet in the floor needs to be changed , it give a look that the room is old but it’s not .

It was very dirty: we had to change 3 times. The toilet had stains on the sit and hair, the duvet was plenty of holes, and the floor (moquette) was very dirty. The hotel in reality looks really different from what you see in the picture. I dont recommend at all.

When we arrived the room we had booked had an issue with the bathroom door. We were immediately upgraded by a very caring receptionist. Beds were comfortable. Location was great close to markets and walking distance to Palace and many interesting browsing and shopping areas. Laundry facilities and dining area to use downstairs.

The hote rooml is quite clean and convinient,However, the outside and coridor is old, some staffs is not so welcome the guest, no greeting, the room cleaning things stay in elavator and corridor area for a long time . Actually the hotel get high score but reality is not good as rating. And the price also expensive
