Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the carpet in rooms needs to be updated a.s.a.p. They were all stained and pretty gross. One of our rooms was facing a pretty loud street.
The rooms were comfortable and a pretty good size. Beds were comfortable and kept clean. The area was OK, with some nice restaurants nearby.

Nothing in particular.
Good location easy access to metro line 1/2/5 and close. Although the facilities are not the most up to date, the stay is a convenient and comfortable one. The staffs are especially nice and accommodating.

There was nowhere to get food or drink and the small cafe was closed the whole time. There were restaurants near the hotel though.
A large room in a good location with a short taxi ride to the centre. Great value for the money paid.

Only the carpet in the floor needs to be changed , it give a look that the room is old but it’s not .
Staff are very kind and super helpful! My niece suddenly got sick , they were helping us to find a clinic and looking for pharmacy. Location is good and very close to metro station Matras & pillows were sooo confortable We were planning to move to other hotel but we extend their for all our stay in Seoul Thank you guys and see you again !

When we arrived the room we had booked had an issue with the bathroom door. We were immediately upgraded by a very caring receptionist. Beds were comfortable. Location was great close to markets and walking distance to Palace and many interesting browsing and shopping areas. Laundry facilities and dining area to use downstairs.

The onsite breakfast place never seemed to be open which would have been nice to get a quick breakfast but not a super big deal since it’s also close to good food spots like A Plus Cafe, Lotteria, Paik’s coffee, and Starbucks.
Check in and check out process was super easy, room was cleaned daily, was a comfortable size, and conveniently located. Very easy access to food stalls, shopping, restaurants and major sites. Bonus, luggage scale at front desk helped us prevent oversized baggage fees at airport.

Really nice staff and value for money! Only issue was that the lights in the room were rather dim and one night, I arrived back at the hotel to find that the cleaning staff had left my door open and unlocked. Despite that, the location was really good (but not many restaurants around) and good amenities!

Room is spacious and bed is comfy. Has bidet toilet . About 5-10 minutes walk from metro. Reception area has many tables and chairs to allow guests to sit down to eat their purchased food

No parking is available if you have a car. The cafe in the lobby doesn't seem to be active or open.
The room was very spacious and clean, with large wide windows. The location is very close to the DDP plaza, this area has many restaurants and shops, also steps away from a subway stop. Lockers are available for guest luggage. Code entry locks on the door is convenient.

Instant coffee, i missed. There were 2 usb outlets but none was functioning. No charger available at reception.
Location good, just crashed in for the night as i didn't want to travel back to my other hotel.

We arrived at 0200pm. The check in was scheduled at 0300pm. They charged us for entering the room before 0300pm despite the fact the room was already all set! That was disappointing.

Room was a bit small and the a/c was not working well.
The location and the staff, in particular Jae from the front desk. He is extremely helpful and help us with excellent food recommendations and places to visit. He was also a great help with directions.

Toiletries were quite good and plentiful. the room was clean also the neighborhood was not crowded and loud although it was very close to myeongdong. Metro station was 5 minute walk away and even closer bus stop. bottled water was renewed every day.

Needs better blinds/curtains. The current blind didn't block out the lights from outside completely.
Nice hotel. Includes place to do your laundry which is a big plus for travellers!!

Everything was great
The room was spacious and the staff very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. Finally a real hotel and not just a code on a door with no human contact.
