Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

TaiwanPrice: Room rates are reasonable, but breakfast wasn't included. Breakfast buffet at KRW 77,000/adult and 60,000/child is way too expensive. Vibe & Room: The color tone is very squid game-esque and interesting. Love the interior design but many finer details (poor quality) need to be improved on, especially for a 5-star hotel: 1. The room power outlet casings are flimsy and come off easily when unplugging cables. 2. The room stairs floorboard feels hollow and some wooden panels are actually coming loose. 3. Despite having temperature control, the room heater seems to be on high with one setting only (not responding to the temperature we have set). We actually have to open the balcony door to allow outside cold air in so the room doesn't get too hot and stuffy. 4. There was repair/maintenance construction on our floor on our last night. Not sure if this was a scheduled or unplanned maintenance. The hotel offered us a different room but we should have been notified in advance and switched to a different room BEFORE the maintenance/repair construction. 4. There isn't really a designated area for cabs, making Uber/k.rides a pain. 5. Most of the staff aren't well versed in English, which makes communication hard (they are friendly though). Location: Close to the Luge, Lotte World Adventure and Lotte Outlets!

United KingdomQueued at check in for quite some time. No help with taking bags to the rooms. The staff were kind, however communication in English was sometimes difficult. However, as they always tried and everything was always delivered with a smile, it was never a major issue. The hotel is in quite a remote location with only a few attractions around. My biggest dislike though: you have to pay to use pools at Spring Palace and this is not made clear on booking and the photos used on website searches are Spring Palace NOT the pool that comes as complimentary. That is very misleading to the consumer and I don’t like marketing tactics like that.
Really lovely duplex rooms! Beautiful grounds and shops. The pool was lovely, water was slightly too warm at times. The pool slot times meant that it was never overcrowded and always clean. We never had to have a mad dash for sun loungers. Food at the restaurants was delicious. Staff were very nice.

CanadaBeds were not comfortable and we were having trouble with conversing with staff to ask for things like extra pillows which we were told that they didn't have any. No tv. Could have a few international outlets.
View was nice , spacious. Expensive for what we got.

United StatesEverything was perfect.
It was excellent choice to stay in Ananti at Busan Village. The room was spacious for 4 of us and it was convenient to have separate toilet and bathroom. The ocean view was great with both sunset and sunrise. It had premium quality of bedding with goose down and we all slept very well.

United KingdomThis was a very disappointing stay from the start. It’s a very sterile and not very welcoming and warm experience for a 5 star hotel. First of all the pictures on booking.com are very misleading. You do not get access to the beautiful pool in the picture you have to pay extra. And even though you get a 50% discount we paid £100 for 4 hours to use it! When I pointed out to the staff that it was misleading at the beginning they admitted that other customers had raised this but they didn’t seem to care at all and just repeated the policy to me. No effort to rectify the situation or make me feel better. Also be aware there is no gym! In a 5 star hotel! That’s a first for me. Another disappointment is the price l of the food. I Stay in a lot of hotels and being asked to pay £170 for a buffet breakfast for 2 adults and 2 kids seems fairly extortionate to me. Also this hotel is not very foreigner friendly-the map with all the details they give you is only in Korean. The cleaner tried to come into our room at 930 in the morning. I found it very hard to relax in this place - everything had to be booked. Even the Pool that was free. Huge disappointment for what was supposed to be a relaxing 3 days with my family. I won’t ever be returning.
The room was spacious and comfortable bathroom was really nice and well appointed.

New ZealandSpent three nights at the hotel with my wife. Hotel rooms are beautiful and very large - the rooms really look as good as they do in the photos. Really modern facilities with great attention to details and all the comfort you could ask for. Great value for money when compared with other rooms of similar price in Busan and honestly felt very special. Various food facilities around the place and a great bakery that made good food. Only small downside was the hotel was quite far from the central city but wasn't a big issue as it's easy to catch a taxi in.
