I thought we’d be in the tower, but we were in the short building which didn’t have a view. I also thought we could go to the beautiful outside pool and those grounds, but I guess not.

Everything was top notch. Breakfast was beautiful and delicious. We took the bus up to N Seoul Tower for the night view and we walked the namsan dulle-gil in the morning and it was all beautiful.

Location is difficult to use public transit with, steep uphill when returning and it is not easy to get to the subway. Lack of stores nearby. Restaurants in the hotel were all quite expensive.

Excellent caring staff that goes the extra mile. Very friendly and professional. Great attention to detail in cleaning the room. Most staff have a good command of English which was helpful. Amazing bath in the room and nice facilities if that is your thing. Awesome view from the room of Seoul Tower!

Staff at check-in and the restaurants were welcoming and accomodating. Namsam premier pool room was exceptional. It was spacious, had amazing natural lighting and great views of the mountains and city, the pool temperature was superb and the bed was very comfy.

The best hotel I've ever stayed in! I booked this hotel as a treat for final night in South Korea after just over 2 weeks exploring as much as I could in this amazing country. I almost felt disappointed going out in the evening as I had to sacrifice time in my amazing room. I booked a Premier suite and enjoyed the views from my room, the pool and the amazing showers. Plus, the massage chair. I couldn't get out of it for 30 minutes! Not only this, the staff were incredible. So friendly and breakfast service was amazing. It was fantastic to have a final Korean meal and recommendations from the chef cooking your food fresh as you head to their counter.

Cloud-like bed and lovely aromatherapy. Spacious suite with steam shower and bathtub. Basic free mini bar and madeleines were a nice touch. The relaxing and luxurious stay was reflected in the cost. Breakfast was included—options for made-to-order Korean breakfasts and a generous and plentiful buffet complete with egg, noodle soup and waffle station. Access to fitness centre and swimming pool included. Sauna access is a 50% discount for hotel guests; it is a must if you haven't been to public bathhouses or find them too crowded or hectic. An excellent location for walking in Nasam Park and to Seoul Tower.

The hotel team has been amazing all along our stay. Always available and helpful, they made sure that everything was happening in the best way possible. The SPA and sport installations were great, as well as the delicious brekfast.

The furnishings are showing age and need a little facelift but everything was spotlessly clean and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Never slept better!

Loved the world-class tennis court, small but lovely ice rink, the calming view of Namsan and the iconic Seoul Tower enjoyed from the in-room relaxation pool and steam sauna, scrumptious breakfast and kindness of staff. All in all it was a lovely staycation.

Our original room (in the Club) was very hot and the air conditioning didn't seem to work which meant we struggled a lot to sleep. However, we were then upgraded to a much bigger room in the main building for free, which was a really special touch. Air conditioning was perfect, the showers, pool and all aspects were brilliant

The staff were super helpful and accommodating (special mention to Julie Son who really looked after us during our stay and went above and beyond to make sure we had a special trip). Really good breakfast. Free tennis facilities were a really nice perk. The room was amazing - we stayed for the final 3 nights of our honeymoon and the pool in the room was such a special way to end! They even left us a gift on our last night to help is celebrate.
