My purpose of this visit was to attend church service at the Yoido Full Gospel Church and the location of Comfort Inn was very convenient. We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn Yoido very much.

- maybe bit pricy, but with the fact I was traveling during May holidays and wanted area close to most sightseeing places, wasnt too many options left

- location was really good, close to the nice park and line 9, which is connected with other lines and both airports conveniently - area has restaurants and shops nearby, in case you dont want to stay in touristy areas late - room is huge

The sink faucet is placed too close to the edge which causes the water to spill onto the counter, making everything wet and it doesn't drip away (kind of just pools). No smart toilet system.

The receptionists were not professional. Female receptionists did not greet when I checked in and just took a room key without saying thank you when I checked out. Also, the bathroom was dirty ( especially toilet)

I was hesitant to proceed with my booking at first because there were limited reviews. I was pleasantly surprised because the hotel rooms were just newly renovated. In fact, they managed to add the chairs and desk hours after I checked in, and I saw it was the same case for all the other rooms. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, new linens and towels, they provided a small pouch for personal hygiene; the room and the bathroom were really spacious. If you are keen on visiting Yeouido Hangang Park, this is an excellent place to stay. Originally booked 3 nights for FESTA 2023 but I extended my stay. Some receptionists may struggle with their English so it's better to send inquiries via the Booking app. They cleaned the room regularly. The closest metro is the National Assembly station. No breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants and conveneinece stores nearby. Cons: -no bidet or washlet -10K won an hour for early check-in (but they have lugagge storage)

Breakfast was for a Fee and the Hotel was averaging over a $100. USD per night + tax. At least a Free Continental Breakfast should've been included. There was no one to help us with our Bags.

It was disconcerting to find the Staff who are Young Koreans unable to speak English almost...they all have English First Names on their Name Tags but can hardly carry a conversation or answer Customer questions in English. Two sets of Comfy New Slippers in the Room was nice. Wifi was Good.

The room is more spacious than expected. Although there are very little furniture but it is very amazing . The location is nice, there are many restaurants near the hotel and CVS are very convenient.

rude staff - nobody speaks English, they have a few phrases and will repeat what you said back but comprehension is zero. Really weird hotel. Overpriced. Smells of smoke. Cleaning staff were non stop chatting and watching their phones loudly sitting in the hallways outside our room. A large Korean family was booked in to a couple of rooms on our floor and they used the hallway to eat together and for their kids to play. Never had that sort of experience anywhere else in korea but the hotel staff did not care or want to know.
