The sink was outside of the toilet but it wasn't hard to get used to.

While the entire room and bathroom was clean, but we did notice a slightly odd smell at different intervals of the day from the bathroom, perhaps coming from a drainage? It wasn't a huge bother though, aside from this, no other complaints!

Good location being near bus stops and the subway station right at the corner of the street to the hotel. The room was clean, sufficient size for two people (stayed in the twin room without a kitchenette). The staff were lovely and answered all our questions about transport and food delivery options to the hotel. We were put on the 11th floor so we got a decent window view of the neighourbood and city

We tried so hard to look for a place that met our expectations. If we came back to korea we'd stay here again. Location: Great! So many bus stops, one right outside the hotel too, and the subway is a 2min walk away. You can also get an airport limousine bus direct to and from the hotel location. Partying: Not in this area, but your about 30mins away from Itaewon and can get straight night buses back. We took one at 2am. Hongdae is further away but that was fine with us. Food: So many options closeby! We were always fine. There's also a cafe that you can get discounted rates at if you're a hotel guest. We enjoyed that. Room: The bed was super comfy and they cleaned the rooms and gave us bottled water everyday. Staff: Always friendly and willing to help. Bathroom: Amazing! Rooms have a bidet and the shower is separate from the toilet so everything stays dry. This was a non-negotiable for us. Again, I'd recommend this hotel and will stay again if I'm back in Seoul!

If you book the residence rooms with mini kitchen, the refrigerator is only for beverages. Storing food to cook is not possible. Laundry facilities are limited - 2 washers and 2 dryers for the entire hotel. Fitness area is very small as well.

The location is awesome! You are close to all sorts of transportation to get you around the city. There are a lot of places to shop and eat within walking distance. The room is clean and filtered water is provided next to the laundry facility. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Twosome place coffee is in the lobby.

What we didn’t like… The breakfast menu, it is the same everyday. We stayed in the hotel for 5days and the menu are the same.

What we like… The location, subway is just few steps away. The laundry facility, though it is so narrow and just 2 sets of laundry machine, it is very helpful to have laundry area in a hotel.

I just wish there was water dispenser in every floor. It was only on 2nd floor, but no big deal. Loved everything about this hotel.

Easy access to transportation, airport limousine bus, convenient store and restaurants. The rooms were clean and had a good scent everytime we come in. I really like the size of the room. It was easy to open two big luggages and pack things when we are about to leave. And I really appreciate the bidet on our bathroom.

Everything was convenient, the staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was well equiped. The location of the hotel is amazing, in the center of Seoul with great shops, restaurants and cafes around.

The location was perfect! Very close to the metro station, busses, shops and restaurants. The double room (two single beds) felt spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a laundry room with payable washing machines and dryers, that came in handy since we stayed almost 3 weeks. We would definitely stay here again!

It was really clean and modern. My room was big and comfortable. Good sound isolation. The staff was really friendly. There was a subway station 1 min walk, many restaurants and coffee shops, Starbucks, Olive Young, Convenience stores near by. 4 min walk there was a limousine airport bus stop (line 6011). Good price as well. I would definitely come back!

Not a big fan of carpets in hotel rooms. Something very sharp was stuck in ours and I ripped my foot...

Location is everything. This hotel is literally 1 minute away from the metro line, which connects to wherever you want to go. A bakery and a coffee shop on either side. The room is very clean and very efficient. Small bathroom, excellent water pressure, sink outside the bathroom at the entrance of the room, very clever and convenient. Enough space in the wardrobe, suitcase storage under the sink. Very well thought out layout of the room. Comfortable beds, choice in pillows. It has everything you need. Many lighting options, a desk with good desk chair as well. Many power outlets, including USB.

The breakfast is decidedly Asian/Korean which in itself is not a complaint but by the end of the stay in Korea it was getting a bit boring. The choice of dishes was large and there can be no complaints here.

Hotel is located a few steps from metro station whichnis very convinient. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. Cleanliness in the room and bathroom was flawless. The bed was very comfortable and huge. The stay was very enjoyable.
