Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. PhilippinesWhen we were first assigned to our room, it was extremely hot as the air conditioning was not working. I immediately contacted the front desk and requested a room change. In the second room, everything was fine except for the refrigerator, which was broken. Once again, I had to ask the front desk for another room change. It wasn’t until the third room that we finally received accommodations that met our expectations and matched what we paid for. However, I am quite disappointed that the gym and swimming pool were under construction during our stay—something that was not disclosed in advance. Additionally, I was surprised to find that all the rooms at the Sheraton were quite small, which further affected the overall experience.
The Sheraton Hotel offers an exceptional experience. The food is superb—flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. The bed is incredibly comfortable, with fresh linens that smell clean and inviting, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

IndiaThis seems to be common seoul hotel problem. The central air conditioned doesn't work well during the day so it can get warm in the room.
This hotel is quite far from central seoul..i stayed my last night because it was somewhat closer to the airport and I had an early flight. The rooms are comfortable and the neighbourhood whole more local still has a lot of restaurants and shopping. The staff is super helpful at front desk and their is a airport bus pick up right up outside which makes it super convenient.

MalaysiaThe only downside for us was the bathroom – there was no bidet attachment on the toilet, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great.
The room is very comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The bathtub was a great bonus for us. There’s a wide variety of breakfast options, and the bus station is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, so you don’t need to cross the road to catch the 6004 bus to Incheon Airport.

IndonesiaThe room was clean, spacious, and equipped with great facilities, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location was across a street full of restaurants, and just a short walk to the metro station. There is a bus to Incheon Airport that stops right in front, which was very convenient. While the hotel is a bit farther from major tourist spots in Seoul, they are still easily accessible by public transportation. It’s also closer to areas like Suwon, and the airport access makes it a good option for travelers.

New ZealandThe location wasn't as close to the city as I'd hoped, but that's not a fault of the hotel. Just be warned that it takes well over half an hour on public transit to get to some popular central locations in Seoul, so plan activities accordingly.
The breakfast was great, and the staff were always very helpful. The rooms were faithfully cleaned every day, and toiletries replenished.
