The location was great . Easy to access to thr department store and the staff , especially David was very nice.l and kind to take care of the as the first visitor.

Yeah., it was a great place in Suwon and the Service is very very good. Food are fresh and delicious and people are very kind.

The room was spacious, uncluttered, and visually aesthetic. Airconditioning could be adjusted well so it wasn't cold in the room. Insulation is very good: noises from the streets and neighbouring rooms are well-dampened. The staff was lovely and helpful.

When I first came into my room, it was very cold and it took me time to handle air conditioner. Even so, time passed until air conditioner shutted down and room started to warm up. Table and chair in my room were placed not very comfortable. Placed between bed and window, it was very tight to get in and out of the table. Once instead of going for a lunch downstairs, we had our own food and we asked staff where we can warm it up. After going down on the second floor(the cafeteria), we asked another staff to warm up food. However, it was barely warmed up and they did not care about food. We asked to open it, but it was closed as before. I can say that staff on the second floor is not so trained as first floor guys. However, the most unsatisfying thing I faced was coin laundry. In other, even lower stars hotels I had free laundry during the day. But here I had to buy washing supplies and even then pay for launching washing machine and dryer.

The beds were very comfortable, windows were clean and it was nice to look for views during staying. The place around is very good-looking, so it it a pleasure to walk around no matter what time it is. If you get a view to the lake, you are lucky. Kitchen made delicious food during the day, but dinner time was the best. Although, there were lots of people, you still can find the food plated fullfilled. Bar on the first floor can provided delicious meals, if second floor restaurant is not pleasable. In this bar I found lots of different alcohol drinks, calm ambience and even chess. When I first moved in, I came earlier that check-in. The concierge(unfortunatelly, forgot his name) provided me access to the zone on the last floor as service. Me and my family were very pleased and whole staying personal was very polite.

Honestly, nothing. Everything was perfect for me.

My next statement is no exaggeration. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in during my entire life. The entire building was beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect. If I get a chance to return to Suwon this is where I will stay. Thank you so much.

A small issue with the parking fee (which was solved after reporting it) but nothing that spoiled the fun. Limited food choice in the lounge? Have seen better in this class of hotel in Korea, but again, nothing that spoiled the fun. It was compensated by a beer tasting at the lobby place, that offered the most interesting beer that I ever had during my 8-year stay in Korea.

Very nice place with very friendly staff. Located a bit outside the historic city center, but by itself a nice location in the newly build city of Gwanggyo, with a superb shopping center next door (underground connection of course...it's Korea) and a nice lake with plenty of waling opportunities. Also, a bard-new large and super clean/well maintained sea aquarium. We stayed 2 nights (birthday occasion) and concluded we have to come back 'later' because there are simply so many things to do...impossible to fully appreciate the area in 1 weekend.

Soundproofing is almost nonexistent. I heard some old guy in the next room talking for 2 hours straight!! I also heard some kids screaming in a different room! Also....why is there NO NETFLIX STREAMING SERVICES?!?! You also have to pay extra for water and all amenities. It also takes 4 minutes for the water to warm up in the shower. I booked a suite so I thought I would get what I payed for, I did not, wont be staying here again because there is alot better hotels that offer better value for less, like Netflix, water, a toothbrush, Soundproofing. Lol

Location was great, view was great, bed was big and comfortable. Mainly satyed here for the floor to ceiling windows. Really good drinking spots not too far away from the hotel. Basement Parking was good because its shared with the Galleria Department store.

Rooms were not well ventilated so there was a smell all the time. Also it was too warm and it was hard to sleep. The staff helped bring in a cooler but it was a drag in what would’ve been an excellent stay. The floor could’ve been cleaner too

Front desk reception, Joanne Oh, was exceptional in helping us check in (with consolidating our separate bookings and arranging rooms to meet our requests). She also handled our check out in the same manner and assisted in booking cabs for our way to the metro. I can’t commend her enough! A great asset to the hotel

The ventilation is poor resulting in the room smelling a bit. We felt too warm most of the time we were in the room and were unable to adjust the temperature below 23°C. Sometimes the room temperature is about 25°C which is quite uncomfortable for sleeping. The hotel staff brought in a fan cooler which was left on most of the time, but the rooms were still fairly warm. The double bed is not large enough for two adults to sleep on comfortably

The beds were comfy and bathroom is well equipped. Hotel facilities and interior are well designed and the exterior is beautiful. The room is spacious enough to fit a seated bench and round table, with adequate storage.
