Amazing location helpful staff and very clean. Highly recommend.

It is located in a very central area in Seoul and was very clean.

The staff were friendly; however, they could be more attentive. For example, it took more than half an hour for two bottles of water to be delivered after we requested them. Another suggestion would be to provide towels in the gym for guests to use while working out.

Location is just perfect. Breakfast are good enough so everyone can find something.

There is only lobby at the street level with concierge at the entrance, with no place to sit or wait, full of luggage. The reception on the upper floor is not very welcoming and not interested to help with smooth check in.

Very clean, the staff were very good and quite a good location. The breakfast was very good and I highly recommend. It was expensive so we just had it the last morning of our time in Korea.

The room was very small for 3 people and this room was not meant for a single and a double bed. Although probably normal for city centres

Clean, confortable and elegant

10min Walk from Citi Hall Subway-Station, which we easily reached from Seoul station. Good check in/check out experience, calm room, AC ok (over the bed), good central location, however 10min walk to the subway.

Just cross the street to Myeongdong walking street. We are a group of 4 and there’s connecting room

The room is a bit small

Great location, basically right on Myeongdong shopping street. Bed was nice and the bathroom was large. Everything was very clean!! Washing machine and dryer on the 7th floor were amazing.

One member of the staff was unkind, everyone else was amazing and spoke very good English!

close to transportation and everything we wanted to explore by foot & by train

The lobby is not on the first floor,you still have to use the elevator.

Location

The AC was underwhelming—despite outside temperatures soaring above 90°F in July, the room never cooled below 23°C. On top of that, the room was noticeably dusty, as if it hadn’t been occupied in quite some time.

Location was amazing, right in the middle of everything with easy access to subway, shopping, the night market, currency exchanges, street vendors, food and more!

Compared to the photos the room size was somewhat small for the one queen bed room. That said, it was no issue for me and my girlfriend to stay there together, and for the price and location this can't be beat! Everything was clean, very nice, staff was helpful.

Kevin and his team were great! Very welcoming, helpful and professional. All of the staff had great smiles and were always looking to help you with whatever you needed. From front desk to housekeeping the service was outstanding!! Thank you so much!!

Air conditioning could be improved as it was difficult to keep the room cool. Best we achieved was 24 degrees Celsius.

Location is very good. Just a short walk to the Meyongdong night market and to Lotte Dept store Easy to get early lunch at the food court at Lotte or afternoon tea when you return early from visiting tourist spots
