The hotel was cozy. The bed was a little too bouncy and hard. Clean and friendly staffs. The hotel has its own shop which opens for a certain time since the location doesnt have any supermarkets at night. We found that helpful. Although No night life near this area. If your traveling with a friend make sure they are trustworthy. The washroom has a see-through glass. Its good for couples but not for friends or family. The room is small. But it was okay for us. We found the hotel safe.

One of the staff was quite tricky to communicate with due to the lack of understanding in English. It makes the communication quite hard to maintain.

The hote is really nice and clean. It is situated in easy to reach tourism sites. Also really convenient to commute as the bus stop is only 2~3 minutes walk. Some of the attractions were quite close.

We had a car but the location is quite far so it might be difficult for other travelers. Also the bedding for one bed had an ink stain that probably couldn't be removed from normal washing while the other bed's bedding had a big tear. The towels were also quite worn out. The room is very small and there is no space to open the luggage.

The hotel, room, and bathroom were clean and quite well maintained. The staff were helpful and accommodating. For the price, it was a pretty good deal since it was very clean.

Weird place as the ocean view is blocked by an other hotel built 2 meters in front of the Grandmillions, with the exact same size. Buses network is closer to a maze than a net (work)

1. Limited parking at the basement car park then if full parking you have to drive a little far from the designated hotel parking lot 2. The pillows are too soft 3. No coffee or tea sachets provided 4. No water dispenser and oven provided for guest use.

I didn't feel like there was anywhere to sit and chill out, there was no restaurant for breakfast or dinner, there was a convenience store but it opened late. There was a rooftop area but there were no lights so once it got dark you had to leave, you really need a car/scooter when staying here as it's not really close to anything.

The rooms were clean, it was near a bus stop.

It was really easy to get to this hotel by taxi, 10 mins from Seogwipo. The reception staff kept my carry-on for one night before I checked in as I went to another area with just a small bag. I had a great view of Hallasan and the TV had Netflix and it was super easy to login with my phone. There was a convenience store on the 1st floor (ground floor) which was open until midnight. There were also many coffee machines in the lobby.

Grandmillions Hotel was well worth the price we paid. The room was clean, nice toiletries were provided and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Location: Unlike booking.com says, this hotel is not in the city center, but rather on the edge of town. There is very little to see or eat within walking distance of the place. It's a bit far from the things that make Seogwipo interesting.

Very new hotel, small but immaculate room, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, big TV, helpful staff, incredible value.
