Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

New ZealandGood Morning is great for longer stays. The price is good, the beds are comfortable, and the washing machine in every room is very convenient if you're staying for a few weeks. I've stayed here multiple times for work and would happily stay again. Self-check-in is available at any time using a machine in the reception. It's walking distance from the Government Complex bus stop and a couple of subway stops, so it's easy to get to from the airport by bus or train. Parking is also easy and staff are helpful.

AustriaYou have to be careful in Korea nowadays - too many kiosk hotels with no staff and no English! It is even difficult in many places just to buy gas for a rental car (no staff, only Korean at the gas pump), highway toll booths not accepting cash or foreign credit cards, parking (no acceptance of foreign credit cards, etc. This country is becoming very difficult compared to 10 years ago for foreigners.
Sure, not a 10 star hotel but staff were really helpful and everything went smooth. Not like the cheap junk kiosk hotels in Korea, real people, real staff that were helpful. Have been to this hotel many times and for a simple, not complicated stay with helpful staff it is highly recommended.

JordanActually, the location of the hotel is really in a central place and is very close to the metro station (City Hall Station). And it is very close to most vital market malls like galleria mall and E-Mart. Another important feature is its close location to airport bus station (Governmental Complex Daejeon). Regarding the rooms, my room included all of the features announced by the hotel’s post on booking website. The only thing that differed is that the room where I stayed was not the one indicated in that post, but it was with the features as indicated in the post. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced approximately every day. The staff were very kindly and supportive. And they are always willing to support the guest. And finally, I was very happy to stay in this hotel as it offers rooms with distinguished features by competitive prices. And actually it will be my choice when I visit Daejeon city next time. And at the end I would like to thank all of persons working there for kind hospitality. Specially, reception staff.

SwitzerlandNoisy neighbors, but that‘s not the Hotels fault. So the isolation wasn‘t that great, but acceptable.
Nice location: near restaurants, cafes and shopping center and a 7/11 right outside the door, what‘s very convenient. To sum up: my stay as a solo traveler was comfortable and I always felt safe.

I liked how this place is in a great location. It’s close to department stores. It’s a nice walkable location

SingaporeRoom is rather small and lack of power sockets. Night lamp was not working but it was replaced the next day. Room where washing machine is dark because the light bulb did not work and it was cold whenever the door to the WM is opened.
Location is near the bus stop for Bus 600 and it is in a quiet area but still walkable to the Seogwipo olle market.

AustraliaVery hard bed mattresses. It would have been nice to have had a small lounge. Unfortunately there was no room as we had one double bed and one single bed. We could have done with one double bed.
Even though the room was compact it was comfortable. Kitchenette had minimal utensils (1 pot and 1 frypan) but this was enough for us. Cold and hot buffet breakfast was included in a communal area and was sufficient. In walking distance to many highlights, shopping precinct, cafes, supermarket plus an amazing gourmet foodcourt in the Galleria shopping building. Very easy to catch a taxi. Train station about 15-20 mins with taxi. Beautiful parks close by within walking distance.

BelgiumThe bathroom is very functional but just a bit tight. If you travel as a couple, the bed only has a night table on one side. The other side is against the wall. This is a problem for people who both use a CPAP to sleep.
The location is perfect, quite central. Restaurants and shopping area close by. And a few very nice parks around for relaxing walks. The room was comfortable, clean and the area is quiet. The staff is friendly and speak good English. The breakfast was surprisingly nice: varied and very good.

FinlandThe room was amazing, very large, clean, pretty and had everything you could need. The kitchen was great. Excellent choice for longer stays as well. Located at a calm area, some nice restaurants and cafes are nearby. Very good air conditioning in the rooms. I wouldn’t say that the breakfast is super good, but on the other hand in most hotels in Korea it’s not even available or you need to pay very high price for the hotel, and it is especially hard to find a hotel with a breakfast and a kitchen. The selection of foods in the buffet is still quite large and has both Asian and European/American items included. So as a whole the price-quality+availability ratio of the services in the hotel is way better than average and the hotel is a very suitable option for families, work trips, people with allergies etc.

BelgiumThe facility is a bit dated. But the price is good for the condition.
It is really good for the price. The location is fairly close to the metro, which makes it nice to get to/from the city and train station. The kitchenette is nice. The 7/11 is connected to the lobby, which is quite convenient. The rooms are clean and they bring new towels every day (whether you want them or not 😉). It was in the downtown area, but still very quiet. The beds were decent.

United StatesThe toilet in the bathroom could use some deep cleaning around the moving parts, but it was over all ok. Also a bathmat (floor towel) is not given and this would be appreciated. There is no sign to put out to request no cleaning, just a button to show not occupied. I didn't want cleaning but after 2 nights they barged in anyways. The curtain/window shade does not fully darken the room, I suggest adding an eye cover to your suitcase.
Breakfast is not worth paying extra for, but it is fine if you just want some plain white toast and some eggs and a coffee. The room is a good size and it is very nice to have a washing machine.
