PolandIt would have been more comfortable if the beds are in a separate rooms - we stayed as family of 4 and both beds are in the same room, which is also a main room. It was a bit crowdy.
We had a room at the highest floor with karaoke room. There is very modern equipment like digital assistant or complimentary coffee at the reception prepared by a robot. Quite close to the beach and main pedestrian srreet with shops and restaurants.

United StatesI think there must have been some bad flooding during previous rains. Many buildings in the area had water damage and a musty smell. Not their fault but a little unpleasant. The laundry room needs more machines, We were often up at 2am finishing laundry.
The location near the beach was great but we weren't doing much beach stuff. The room had an air cleaner which helped with the musty smell of the entire hotel. Very nice staff.

Philippines- bathroom's design is a significant issue. With no exhaust system, the room becomes uncomfortably humid and steamy after a shower. The only option for ventilation is to open a window that unfortunately lacks a screen. This left us with an unpleasant choice: a damp, stuffy room or a room filled with bugs. A simple screen on the window would make a world of difference. -more concerning, was the noticeable difference in how various front desk staff treated guests. Throughout our stay, we couldn't help but observe that Westerners/European or "white" guests were greeted warmly with smiles and phrases like "Enjoy your stay." In stark contrast, our interactions, along with those of other guests of color, felt purely transactional and we were rarely offered a simple "hello" or "have a great day." This inconsistency in hospitality was disheartening and made us feel less welcome. - reservations team could also work on responding to guest questions on booking.com and also their published email address on their direct website. Absolutely 0 response. Why even put a contact page or a website.

Restaurants and cafes nearby, convenience stores nearby, walking distance to Haeundae beach and Dongbaekseom + Steam closet/styler. The property was very clean, enough space for three persons. The beds even elevated which was very handy as a friend of mine was injured and had to use this function. They property is very smart - it has a little tablet function you can use to request things from the hotel.

AustraliaThe shower area in the triple room floods into the toilet due to a structural flaw, which the management is unable to address. Additionally, the rooms are uncomfortably hot during winter because the air conditioning is turned off.
The staff is very accommodating, especially the morning staff member named Kim, who is extremely helpful, approachable, and attentive to all guests’ needs.

Location and cleanliness. Upon Checkin the Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Not a lot of Koreans can speak English but he impressed me. Cheers The washing machine and Dryer are also free to use, and the washing chemical is also provided. You just need to get them from the Front desk.

AustraliaDidn't clean the room on the second day, as you had to request it. The "do not disturb" button near the door was pressed (by default?) and we didn't notice. Had to request two large towels as there was only one for the three of us. We were told check in was 3 when we arrived at 11 although via Booking the check in time was approved. We had to show the booking email to allow us to check in, in a room that was all set up. Room (triple) is very small, with no wardrobe and nowhere to leave your luggage.
Great location very close to the beach, In one of the best spots in Busan. New renovated rooms, bathtub, automated lights tv and curtains.

United StatesOur shower / tub doesn't have any hot water (regardless of how long we wait). We couldn't take any shower as a result because the cold water is just too cold. We asked front desk and they informed that the whole building is old and therefore the water heating system malfunctions. Not sure if other rooms have the same problem but this is a basic functionality we expect.
The beds and air conditioning are good.
