The location of the hotel requires you to do a longer walk or short car drive to reach the place with all the restaurants.

The room was comfortable and we had a nice view over the cliff. We especially liked that there's a seven-11 shop in the hotel, so that we could buy some snacks at normal prices. The pool was warmed and the pool facilities were top, very clean and neat. The parking is close to the lobby, very convenient. We loved this hotel a lot, we stayed at other hotels in this region, but this one had the best price/quality combination.

The restaurant prices were exorbitant - we refused to eat at the hotel. The 40,000 Won/person breakfast was exorbitant so we made other arrangements. Likewise we went out for all our evening meals and it cost us half the price of the hotel.

The location is quiet and tranquil, away from the crowds but within easy driving distance of many of the major attractions on the southern coast. Nearby the hotel, within walking distance, are a number of convenience stores and small restaurants, a great alternative to the expensive hotel meals. The hotel was easy to find, with plenty of free undercover parking on site. Our room overlooked the verdant valley below and we had the rising sun shining through our window every morning. Our room was large, bright and airy with a nice balcony. We had all the mod cons you’d expect: AC, TV, free Wifi, fridge, electric toilet, etc. Our bed was super comfy and there was no outside noise at all so we had very good sleeps. We liked the convenience store (7-11) located in the lobby and made use of it several times. The gym is decent, but not great. For cardio gear, there are only 3 treadmills, nothing else. There are a number of decent quality weight machines, a set of dumbbells (to 20kg) and an adjustable bench. We had a couple of weights workouts there and it seemed to work pretty well provided there weren’t too many people inside.

Great customer service and breakfast! The hotel was very comfortable and calm, we had no issues with transportation. The only downside is the infinity pool was 4 feet deep. Overall great experience and good prices.

The hotel is located quite a distance from other amenities which makes it hard to venture out. Some staff were very inflexible - when we arrived, it was between restaurant opening times so there was no ability to order food. Although there was a coffee shop, this did not open until 10am which proved too late for whenever you have excursions planned. Many of the staff also would not allow any plates to be used outside of the restaurant. For a 5 star hotel, the service me also and cleanliness were not what we expected. Although some individuals were really helpful, most were very rigid around timings and even products eg one type of beer available in cans in the restaurant could not be served in the bar upstairs.

The hotel was spacious and located in a very scenic area. Some members of staff were very helpful. There was a 7-11 on site which proved most useful. There was a bar located on the 7th floor which was nice to sit in. We did have spa treatments which were enjoyed by all.

The temperature of the pool wasn't warm enough and the availability of the staff was very poor. Every hour, people had to leave the pool for safety reasons, but the hotel wasn't doing anything. We couldn't order cocktails for room service because the staff said we needed to order it from the rooftop bar only, which wasn't open. Staff wasn't at the poolside bar and we waited but didn't show up even after request. In general, there wasn't any welcoming and caring atmosphere in this hotel.

Its location was great, and parking was easy enough. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the swimming pool was good.

Very rude stuff on reception, they asked us to leave the hotel until check in even though there typhoon outside and on the phone you can see a lot of massages from government asking not to go outside. The towels are old and have holes in it, wifi doesn’t work everywhere. Food is not always available even though hotel website says restraint works during the day, it’s not always the case

Parking options are pretty good, very clean rooms and amazing floor stuff, heated pool that is always available, cute cat visits your balcony every day

The room was nice, spacious and clean, the shower had a normal water pressure. The pool is the biggest attraction - beautiful, the nighttime pool party, however, was lacking - not worth the entrance fee.

I went here in winter and the water of the infinity pool wasnt that warm at night

The environment is gorgeous It even has a trekking trail inside lolll and the view was nice~ I suggest going to the infinity pool during daytime coz the view is much better Its also very quiet~ and since its a but far away from urban area u can see sky full of stars at night! Definitely will come again~~~

The room and hotel were very basic for a “5 star” hotel at this price, the room was clean but very tired and needs updating. The main problem is the awful food in the restaurant, serving only Western food and badly. My burger was lukewarm and still raw in the middle, totally inedible.

The pool is the draw for this hotel, an infinity pool overlooking the forest. The hotel is in a convenient location, easily accessed by car or bus. Staff were polite and friendly, and the convenience store inside the hotel was super useful!

This hotel was stunning and I would go back again tomorrow if I could. We took the nature trail around the hotel as well which was definitely worth the walk. I cannot say a bad word about anything.
