Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Most people at the front desk were good, but some did not have good English, leading to confusion at times. The Terrace restaurant is not open after breakfast. The coffee shop and other restaurant are good. 7-11 open 24 hours is very helpful. I found the notice scary (in English, fortunately) that if you go into the stairwell you cannot get out unless you have your room key.
The housekeepers were tremendously nice. Room was fine, bed comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location was ok - usually a 15 minute taxi from Hanyang University. Fitness room was adequate. Laundry room good. It is difficult to control the temperature in the room, and the AC was a bit cold.

A bit of a walk to the nearest subway station but other than that overall stay was pleasant.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room I shared with my friend was spacious enough for the two of us; the toilet was also the right size. What I liked most was they let us keep our luggage at the hotel even if we've already checked out.

The location is not very convenient but becomes acceptable by considering the price
Good value for money. There are several convenience stores nearby. The cleanliness is acceptable，just found the belongings of the previous guests beside the bed.

Location was close to many bus stops and one train station Sinseol-dong. Front reception staff were very helpful. We were able to store luggage there when we were away to Jeju Island (since we were coming back to this hotel again). There was coin-operated washing machine and dryer for guests. There was 7-11 store on-site, making it very convenient to buy things.

The only thing I didn’t like was some noisy guests but that isn’t the hotels fault.
I liked the staff as they were friendly and helpful, our room was spacious and the bathroom was huge too. Also the cleaners kept very good care when tidying up.

The pillow was a little soft. The washing machines located on 2nd floor had mold. It would be good if the management maintain those properly as we paid to use that
The size of room was good. Bathroom was a decent size. The staff at the lobby was cordial and kind, always willing to help.

Nice hotel in good location from which you can easily reach any part of Seoul thanks to 2 min lines subway 300 meters form the hotel. Very clean hotel, good service. Just not possible to have breakfast, but possible to have a nice breakfast just in a Caffé in the same building with a special discount.

nothing. everything was really good
The room was very clean! The wifi was very fast, and the corridors of the hotel were very clean too. this is an excellent hotel! The staff at the reception is really very very nice, a lady every night greet me very warmly when I came back to the hotel! this is really a small detail that is really important! There are 2 small supermarkets (Cu and Gs25) next to the hotel, a subway station not far away. Hotel well located I would certainly come back to this excellent hotel.

Not a big problem for me but to some it might matter: they don’t have ironing service even though they have it on the form for laundry.
Fresh towels EVERYDAY. Near bus stops, near a park. Hotel staff was accommodating.

The shower head is a little inconveniently placed and isn't adjustable so it was a little uncomfortable.
Location was near the subway station so it was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable enough. Staff were friendly. We had a pleasant stay.

The location is quite far from the main tourist area. If you take subway 1, take exit 6. There was no escalators only stairs in/out from station.
The room was spacious, modern and clean. The bathroom was enclosed. The hot water was very good. It’s very quiet. It’s value for money.

Very disappointing stay. This was the start of our trip so I regret booking this hotel. Very poor water pressure. Nothing in place for mosquitos . Asked for an extra blanket and was told its impossible . The room interior doesn't live up to the photos online and is also a lot smaller than pictured. I would not stay again and considered leaving and finding a different hotel mid way through our stay.

Our room was super hot all day long (28 degrees celsius) while it was cold outside. We asked the hotel manager to lower the temperature of our room but apparently somehow this was not possible. We got a fan to use in our room, however got sick in the first week after arriving in korea because of these huge temperature changes between outdoors and inside the hotel. When asking for a compensation we got nothing, the only option that was given to us was to find a different hotel and we would get back our money, but everything was fully booked. Bad customer support and bad room condition for such a seemingly big hotel. Also they told me the price i paid for 3 weeks in the hotel “was not a lot of money” so I should just accept it? Which I thought was very rude, how can they assume our financial situation?
