Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

South KoreaGreat location! It's near the café street and there are plenty of bus stops nearby. There is also a public bus to Everland that is only a 5 minute walk from the property. It is a little dark, but as a place to keep your things safe while you roam around, it's great!

South KoreaThe condition left a lot to be desired. The walls were dirty, there was hair in the shower, and there were cockroaches in my room. The space is quite small. The walls are paper thin. But at the end of the day, you get what you pay for, so I can't complain too much.
The check-in process was very easy and comfortable, all the information was texted to my phone. The person I talked to was very nice. The location is good, about 10ish minute walk from the subway station and right across from cafe street. No one bothered me there, for the most part it was quiet.

United StatesThe owner is a kind man, he can fix anything. The room is clean, you have some toiletries too. The wifi is strong. There is a kitchen to share, which is nice and convenient. If you have dirty clothes, you can wash them. You can see the size of the room in the picture, it is exactly as advertised. It is an honest listing. There is everything you need very close by, and the subway is only a few minutes walk from this room.

United StatesIn the year 2025, July 9t,.... Words alone cannot explain the experience that I encountered while here. But overall, it was "a" shockingly bizarre, bewildering life experience of what korea or seoul culture was about. I never thought in my wildest imagination Korean rental and social culture was in such ways. it was shockingly terrifying. In the morning there is a lot of commotion due to foot traffic because this hostel is in a commercial-like building. By around 10am--- there is a lot of foot pounding from the gym upstairs and kids play ground of some sort. There will be no piece and quiet in the mornings as the entire building is a commercial building. The walls are thin. The ventilation system is almost non-existant in most rooms, except for maybe some "fans" in some rooms. I heard a lot of other Korean local Koreans who were also complaining in their own language. And can clearly tell they upset and frustrated, it wasn't just me. This building is in health code violations if compared to "WESTERN Europe"--(BALKANS,BALTICS NOT CONSIDERED) and USA standards. THERE WAS no air conditioning as advertised and the heat at night was making it miserable to sleep because of "NO" a/c and solid "clean" fresh air coming into the room. My room was filthy when I checked in. There was trash underneath the bed, the bed stains and either urine or blood stains on it. But the smell from the stains was the most bothersome. Mt sink was broken and hard to brush my teeth or face without the sink almost falling down. And the most dangerous smell..was the sewage smell coming from the toilet closet-like room. The sewage that is in this hostel is in serious violation of health and sanitation codes...even probably under Korean standards. The sink and toilet and shower all flow through one sink hole and that is most likely tied to the entire buildings sewage system.
It's in a building with a medical clinic, a gym and pharmacy and a lot of processed ("fooderies"). Negative side: There are cameras everywhere.....no privacy--absolute invasion of privacy. The owner always keeps screaming to put your shoes in the dirty shoe box. The shoe boxes are so dirty and filthy. It smells taking my shoes out after an overnight suffocation of shoes in a deadly shoebox of neurotoxin smells. It looks like the shoes haven't been cleaned in over a year or so.. The staff was always angry and upset or yelling about something. I couldn't understand it. It was scary and terrifying. p.s. The nightmare explanations continue...

AustraliaIt was a nightmare. The beds were as hard as a rock. The " double bed" was actually two single massage beds with a hole. Pillows and quilts were dirty. No fresh air inside at all because no windows. It is not proper accommodation. We found cockroaches. Do not go there.

GermanyIn the end, you get what you pay for. The room is small. It's not a hotel!!! For me, it's been a place to store my luggage and put my head at rest. For this purpose, it worked fine.
