Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and warm and we had complimentary drinks in the fridge. It's also quite close situated to a CU and 7 Eleven. Good value for money

Mattress had a rubber sheet on it, that was old and brittle, so I could feel rubber pieces through the sheet. Small bathtowels
Loved the free water and coffee! Great hot water in shower, with strong pressure. Loved the whirlpool bathtub. Giant TV in room. Free water and sodas.

The bed wasnt super comfortable
Its close to the subway station and lotte world mall. The staff was super polite and nice. You can have as much water bottles as you want for free. It also has a very big tv and the room is very spacious.

The bed was uncomfortable and the wifi very slow

in my room, the wallpaper was always hanging off. that gave me a wrong feeling. The room wouldn't be cleaned for 2 weeks and I had to take out the trash myself.
the location was just great.There was also free water to take away in the lobby and a coffee machine for Americano.the staff were nice and helpful.

The room we were originally put into smelled like cigarette smoke, but they moved us to a different once we brought it up. There was a construction site right outside the window and they started working around 5:30-6, so it was really loud, even with the window closed. Not sure if there was a way to adjust the air conditioning, but the room was uncomfortably warm throughout the night.

There was a lot of construction work going on in the area, but they didn't start work that early, and besides who wants to stay in bed in the middle of Seoul?
Ideal location in the shadow of the Lotte Tower, and a stone's throw from the Olympic Park.

More than one large towel would be nice. But I was able to grab a couple more from the maid cart in the hall. There is no breakfast at the hotel, but they have complimentary water and coffee. And it is in a food area, so no problem. I actually ordered food and had it delivered.
I was in room 902, it was huge and the bathroom was huge with a bidet included. One of the best rooms I ever stayed in and was exceptionally clean. Parking was also easy and the manager did speak some English, so that helped.

I don't understand. Why pay an extra 10,000 won ( Parking fee ) for a customer who already pays for a regular room and stays, and a toothbrush device should be in a hotel room and customers should not buy it separately?
Accommodations are easy to find and convenient because they are at entertainment venues and convenience stores around the area near department stores and Lotte Works theme parks.

Didn’t realise that 7.7 rating was 2 star. Very overpriced for 2 Star. Not once did staff come in my four day stay and replenish towels or empty bin let alone make the bed. No information to go by how things worked.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and there were bars for the windows. There was a lot of noise from construction outside.
This is a love motel. The rooms are very spacious, and you can't hear people in the neighboring rooms. The reception manager in the afternoon was very kind and helpful getting my transportation to the airport limousine bus.

In the prime and happening location. Subway near by and lotte mall. Well behaved and very helpful staff. Rooms are so big including bathroom
