Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

We arrived by car and although our navigation took us to the correct place, we were unable to find any signage showing us that we were indeed at the hotel! Thus, we needed to park, look around, and enter the lobby in order to confirm that we were at our destination! That evening, from across the street, we finally saw the signage high on the front of the hotel. Everything else was good!
The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The rooms are very large with all necessary amenities. After we confirmed our location, the hotel was easy in and easy out! The front desk was helpful in recommending to us a Bibimbap restaurant that was nearby (2-minute walk). It was good and great fun!

Noisy because of the street but last time was staying in another room and was fine, no hooks for the towels

The bed felt small and one of the coffee cups had red lipstick on it!!

The location is in the stretch from Hanok Village in walking distance. The facilitt is very new, so clean and cozy. The high ceiling makes the room premium. Bedding was good quality. Really good value. Parking spot underground hotel may not be enough. However, hotel guest still can use the parking lot of bank right next to it. It is very spacious.

That the name of the hotel isn't in the Google Maps listing nor the outside of the building. There's another hotel with a similar name and I accidentally left my luggage there before checking in. That's totally my error but because the name doesn't match the listing on Booking.com
The quality of the accommodation and cleanliness. The high end technology of the facilities in the room.

All good.
The location was good. Staff were friendly and very helpful with trying to book bus tickets online. Even they couldn't get it to work, as the online system does not take foreign credit cards. Had to go to the bus stop to buy tickets. Walking distance to Hanok village, mural town, top of the mountain where Buddha sits and other attractions. Nice Chinese restaurant next door. Bus stop down the road if required. Towels were changed daily, and they were BIG bath towels. 🤗

There was a problem with communication from time to time. But is that their fault for not being more fluent in English, or my fault for not taking the time to learn a little Korean. In either case we always managed to figure things out, so I thank them for their patience.
The room was very up to date. Either the hotel is brand new, has recently been renovated, or they take their housekeeping VERY seriously. The staff was very accommodating, and even directed me to an excellent cafe near them (caffeine being one of the more important food groups.)

The location is fantastic. It's an easy walk to the Hannok Village. The room is very clean, and so is the bathroom. There is a cafe downstairs that serves some bistro food and great coffee (and other drinks). I think it is a great choice for a place to stay in Jeonju. There are many restaurants and great cafes nearby. Korea has an amazing number of coffee shops/cafes, several within a few blocks, and Jeonju is no exception.

A filtered water station would have been appreciated rather than bottled water. Everything else was great.
The hotel was quite fancy with helpful staff, a big comfy room, comfy shower and great shower. It was great value for money and a short walk to Jeonju Hanok Village.

There was a cultural Heritage event in Jeonju for the weekends when we were there. We asked the reception about it but the receptionist has no idea and didn’t bother to check on the internet. Next day, we asked another receptionist - he checked and confirmed the event is on.
The room is spacious. Has a desantized wardrobe cupboard. The toilet seat has a sensor - when you sit on it and leave, it flush by itself.

The blanket was very warm for the summer season and the airco couldn’t compensate for that.
Very comfortable hotel on a great location to visit Jeonju (Hanok village, many great restaurants, etc). The room was very clean and bathroom Incl bidet toilet is great. Free parking onsite is a plus.

Everything was OK
The room is very comfortable. The room is spacious and the bed is comfy. Good lighting. The location is very convenient to visit the old town and the shopping area. I have to thank to the reception staff the help they offer me with my needs.......especially to the guy that helped us with bus tickets......Thank you so much!!!!
