It does get a little bit loud in the morning when people start watching tv or cooking in the kitchen, however, it is just one side of being in a shared house. Since our room was next to the bathroom and kitchen, then we got more noise from those rooms. Perhaps in other rooms it is less noticeable.

The house was very cosy and had a good kitchen and facilities. Our room was facing towards the parking lot, so we did not hear any airport sounds.

It would be nice if there was a complimentary breakfast (even very basic one), it was quite loud till around 22:30 because of landing airplanes (close to airport), a little far to shops. Also it's quite confusing to find the place because it's listed as "Tree House Guesthouse" on booking, but in reality the name is "Suji guesthouse" - owners should align the name.

The place is super clean and has a spacious common area with nice garden. Free parking place, close to the airport

It is a bit hard to navigate without a car.

The room was big. A lot of convenience and clean shared bathrooms. The place itself is very beautiful and relaxing. The owner is really nice. About 15 min walk from the sea.

If you don't have a car, the location is not really in the city center. There is a bus stop nearby and it is close to the sea. The room I was in had a window to the kitchen with a shutter so it caused a bit of discomfort but the other rooms are not like that.

The beds were very comfortable and the owners of the place are lovely. Although they don't speak that much English, everything can be solved with Google Translate. There is also a place to park with a car and this is the reason why I chose this hostel. Overall a very positive experience. I stayed more days than I was supposed to.

The beds were a bit hard

We had a large room with a bed each and a nice view of Hallasan. It was very cheap but had the facilities we needed! The place is very cozy, and has a shared kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty of restaurants around 1-2km away from the hotel.

I reserved a room with two single beds, but was first given one with a double bed. I had to call the host to get it corrected, and was then moved to the right room. Plus, I was resting on the bed, and I felt itchy, so I shook something off and it was centipede.

The kitchen utensils, towels, and other amenities in the accommodation were in good condition and hygienic. The place was not too far from downtown Jeju, and the surrounding area was very quiet, making it a pleasant place to stay. The wooden interior added a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

That the floors and walls were not sound proof. I wanted a quiet place, which was why I booked one room but whenever people came outside to the kitchen or simply walked upstairs, I could hear their feet stamping.

That it was very clean and the hosts were very nice and responsive.

Planes can be loud cause we’re very close to the airport but it didn’t bother any of us. Just something to be aware of if you are sensitive to noise

Although I carefully read the information about the accommodation before making the reservation, it did not adequately explain the characteristics of the guesthouse. As a result, I was unable to stay here. It should be clearly stated that a guesthouse is fundamentally a shared space except for the individual rooms. Despite requesting a partial refund for the accommodation fee, I was unable to receive any amount back, even though it was the off-season and the place was not busy. I tried to explain my situation, but it was not understood. Additionally, I did not receive proper guidance before my arrival. For these reasons, I cannot give a higher rating.

Leaving this place and seeing Auntie, cry. 🥺

We like everything in Suji Guesthouse. Auntie (the owner) is so kind to us. We had a memorable stay at this place. We left with a heavy heart. She and her husband treated us like her family, we will definitely miss everyone. We can't thank Auntie enough for the good things she'd done to us. She toured us in Jeju Island for free, we had a samgyeopsal, we had our late night walk and she drove us to the Airport. We are grateful that we met these people. Thank you so much, Auntie and Uncle for the kindness you showed us. We will definitely come back! 🫰😊 We will miss you all! P.S Dabiong (the golden retriever) is a friendly dog. It was not clean, the bin next to the toilet with toilet paper was not emtyed before we arrived and the towels were dirty with brown stains on the towel. We complained and got new towels but still two of them were dirty... We were lucky and brought our own towels but we never had to use them in the 3 weeks before. That was the worst hostel we had during a 3 weeks trip.

The late check-in was without problems possible. Staff was very nice
