Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

South KoreaBreakfast was poor and there weren’t many options.
Good location. 15 minutes to the main places to see in Jeonju. Very close to the bus stop. Clean and new hotel.

SwitzerlandBreakfast area quite small so might not get a table to sit at depending on how many people go down at the same time. We got lucky though and we did meet other travellers sharing tables so, all in all that can be fun.
Location easy to find with public transport to/from express bus terminal. The hotel is not directly situated in a central or popular neighbourhood however Hanok traditional village easily accessible both by foot (if you don't mind the walk) or bus ride. If you want to be not far from main attractions but want to come back to a quieter place its a good choice for you. The steam closet in our room was super convenient!

Czech RepublicHowever, breakfast was served in the lobby, foldable tables were placed in front of the reception desk, which was a bit awkward. Not enough space when several people were eating at once. Also, during the two days we stayed there, butter was never butter served with the bread, only jam.
The room size was excellent, much bigger than other rooms in South Korea, really comfortable beds and clean hotel, I would definitely recommend.

Sri Lanka- The only problem we experienced was the bed. They put a kind of plastic mattress topper on the mattress. This may be the most hygienic way, but it is kind of uncomfortable. It feels not good for your body and it makes also a lot of noice when you lay on it. - When flushed, the toilet makes a lot of noice at night.
- The hotel was very clean with nice staff. We arrived with our baby and they offered us a triple room upgrade for free. - The hotel is located nearby bus stops, so you can reach everything easily. If you walk, it takes (only) half an hour to the Hanok village.

AustraliaThe only thing I can complain about is not having a ceramic cup in the room. Sometimes I run out of cups to use for tea and paper cups are too small.
Spacious room, lots of facilities in the room including a computer which you can hardly find in a hotel. All the power sockets are all travel friendly, so it works with any kind of plugs.

New ZealandNo lamp in my room. Was in the other 2. 1 room didn't have bath but other 2 did.
The clothes cupboard was a bonus and the computer. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers, juice, fruit, toast, cheese, ham, tomatoes eggs, crackers, cereal, tea and coffee. The bathroom mirror is amazing and I loved that you also provide a hair straightener. Staff were helpful and friendly. Close to a number of good stores and restaurants.

AustraliaNothing.
The fact that the staff offered to help in any way possible. The room was clean, bath AMAZING, bed soft and comfortable, and there was a pleasant aroma throughout the hotel. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to any English speaking tourist also because the staff spoke it, or were patient enough for google Translate. I truly wished I had stayed here first because they made my stay safe, comfortable, and pleasant. I mean even offered an umbrella when it was raining and ALWAYS said "hello" with a smile and a bow. And for people who need great lighting for make-up, you'll love the mirror.

AustraliaBathroom door doesn’t lock, and bathroom window is frosted glass so there’s a slight lack of privacy between bedroom area and bathroom. We were two sisters so it didn’t matter that much, but among friends this would be very awkward.
Clean, comfortable, amazing staff especially housekeeping staff and great facilities. Universal adaptors on walls, several toiletries provided, daily room service and room temperature was centrally controlled and room was therefore always warm. Will stay again if we return to Jeonju.

AustraliaThe bath towel is a bit small and the room is quite small for the 3 of us. The breakfast area is also too small. The food is ok. We don’t expect a lot as it’s supposed to be a simple breakfast only.
There is an EV charging facility in the hotel and so very convenient for travellers like us who drives an EV. However there is only one port and it would have been better if there are more in the car park.
