Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

ItalyNo room service. I found it weird. There's a 7 Eleven close to the hotel but I'd have appreciated more options. This is a 4 star hotel, I don't think I've ever been to a 4+ star hotel that doesn't offer room service. Only two elevators for 20 floors, sometimes a line forms and you are forced to wait several minutes before going up or down. No AC in the gym.
The hotel is located near major subway lines that take you pretty much everywhere in no time. Personnel is very kind, hotel is clean and rooms are quite big.

HungarySome of the staff did not speak even basic English. Since there are 20 floors and only 2 elevators, sometimes l had to wait quite long. In my room the TV was attached to the wall in an angle that it could not be watched from the otherwise comfortable sofa, and even from the bed it was inconvenient.
Good location, generally comfortable hotel, more or less what can be expected in its category. The bathroom amenities were nice (and sometimes funny, like the "eye and lip remover").

HungaryThis year, our room overlooked a construction site and we woke up at 7am every morning to find that they had already started work.
This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. Everything was fine. Checking in and out was easy and fast. The bed was comfortable, the whole hotel is clean. The staff is nice. There is a washing machine and dryer (you can pay by card or cash) Metro lines 2,4,5 are easily accessible from the hotel (you can take an elevator out of the hotel to the metro lines), a limousine bus stops in front of the hotel. The journey from the airport to the hotel and back took 2 hours (depending on traffic). There are plenty of convenience stores, cafes, and bakeries nearby, and the newly built (?) Dundun shopping center is also accessible underground (you just have to go out to the elevator, which is in front of the hotel) - very practical in case of heavy rain.

Breakfast was above average and the dining area was large. Location is within walking distance to transportation, restaurants, and some shopping. It’s not a shopping hub and you’ll need to go to Myeongdong.

United StatesNo microwave in room. No clock in room. No ice machine except on one lower floor. AC being turned off or down during heat of the day. Curtains should be closed by maid after cleaning room to block sun. TV stations plentiful but no subtitles in english.
View from upper floor. Pretty quiet and clean. American movies were on some of the tv channels. Staff was very friendly and helpful answering questions and calling taxis for us. Super easy access to subways and buses. Covenience store next door. Lots of places to eat and shop within two blocks. Limosine bus to airport in front of hotel but takes up to two hours to get there.

SwedenJust one minor inconvenience is that there are only 2 lifts to service all rooms, and they take pretty long at times.
Second time staying here - The hotel is very conveniently located, close in proximity to various tourist hotspots. There is also a direct airport bus (takes about 1-1.5hrs travel time) that stops right outside the station which eliminates having to lug our luggage via subway to get to the airport train. Room was clean and huge. Check-in and check-out was quick, and staff were attentive and helpful.
