Bed was very comfortable

The place needs a good deep clean. The towels had stains and the rooms were very dark with zero fresh air. The walls were stained and the place generally smelled kind of damp.

The room is clean, and the breakfast is very good.

The room is not bright enough in the day time.

Location, great staff, comfortable room

The room was very dark and desk wasn’t comfortable I couldn’t work in my room and had to go to coffee shops everyday

Excellent location and very close to lots of bars and restaurants, while being close to many other attractions of Seoul

We had a large room with a double bed and a king single. My granddaughter stayed with me for long weekends. She is 6 feet tall and was comfortable on the single. I was glad of the quilts on my bed. Coming from Western Australia, I found it cold at night even though it was high teens at night The bathroom is large with a big tub and separate bidet toilet and a separate shower. There are plenty of normal size towels, which I appreciate. Other hotels had handtowels as bathtowels. One window is in the bathroom, which has a black blind. At night, it's hard to tell it's open. Nearby buildings may allow people to see inside the bathroom. An escape system is beside the tub and looked simple to use if slightly scary. However, there are no instructions as to how to open the very high window.

Hotel laundry is available, which I used. Some type of perfume was used, and my clothes reeked of it. I have hayfever, so the smell was overpowering and set allergies off. The next day, I took the washing back, and it was redone minus the perfume. All good after that.

Very spacious.

The layout was very weird, I had a room with a L shape layout. The hardware of the place was kind of old and setup weirdly. I personally hate rugs and anything with fluff and fur because I just find them dirty, and they had those under and on the couch so I didn’t bother touching it.

I got an upgrade but the bathtub leaked water into the room and the plug was also not entirely sealed so water went out of the tub very quickly.

Situated in good location

The room was very dusty , had to ask staff to clean it again when we checked in as we were sneezing when we entered the room.

Staff was friendly and willing to help.

Room was a somewhat dirty, there was dust, and the sheets were not in good condition.

This space had everything. Small equipped kitchen. Big space.

The setup of the room is more for couples. My granddaughter and I shared the bed (mattress on the floor) for two nights. It was ok to sleep on, but it was so hard to get off the floor for me. The setup was strange. the kitchen is off the bathtub area. Which is near toilet and shower. A small lounge is off other side of the bathtub area, and the bed is down 2 steps off the lounge. You have to walk past the bathtub tub to get to the kitchen. No hooks to hang clothes in shower recess and clothing left on the floor outside the shower door. Kettle is set up in the lounge.

Nice facilities

Tiny bit far from central Seoul but very easy to get to the centre so can’t really complain. It was great!

A great little hotel. The room is spacious, clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful. They have one free of charge laundry order per week which is nice for longer stays. The location isn't too bad, you are within walking distance from both Line 2 and Line 9 which run through almost all points of interest in the city, and there are plenty of stores and places to eat around the hotel.

A room could use a wardrobe, or a dresser, or at least a couple of drawers to put your things into. During longer stays it can get a bit messy.

I loved the spaciousness of the room and the facilities such as the little kettle and the fridge, which was incredibly useful. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I would not only recommend it but visit again.

The bathtub happened to have a chip inside which was also rusted which made me feel uncomfortable using it. It would have been nice to have a few more options for food compared to what they had.

The location was perfect for what we wanted. The hotel staff were so great! They were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was cleaned beautifully and they laundry service was quick and easy. We will definitely stay again.
