It’s close from Shin sol dong station. There are some food stores, convince stores. The hotel has kitchen, laundry to use free so if you are long trip no problem

Nice location—not far from downtown. Two twin beds are set up, perfect for two people to stay. It is so nice to check in and out without contact with a real person.

The bathroom has no divider so when you shower everything in the bathroom gets wet including the toilet.

The room was quite spacious for seoul and had a lot if storage space for your items. Convenient location with bus stop and two train stations right out front. You do need to do the scan the QR code to get in the elevator and have access to your room code NUMBER which you need to enter your hotel room. Don’t forget to screenshot your QR code and room ACCESS CODE.

The bed was very bad and pillows, very uncomfortable..

The location was perfect, bus and metro station were just around the corner, you also had combini stores, restaurants and a Starbucks pretty much across the street and next to the hotel.

No instruction on trash pickup or drop off. No instructions on dirty towel drop off. Couldn’t assist me on staying extra 2 nights due to flight being delayed due to hurricane, even though telling me that there was room to book on site?? Had to move hotels.

It's really convenient and comfortable stay at Mangrove. Ideal for introverts. Doing laundry is possible and for free. It feels like a clean student home

It was very near Sinseoldong Station Exit 4 so travelling was convenient. Check in and check out processes were fast

Bed is a little harder than usual..? Only one pillow so like no actual complaints

Easy check in and check out. Could do contactless so I could arrive at flexible times. Air con worked well, location is right next to a metro station so you’re linked up to the rest of Seoul. Internet super fast. Didn’t have time to make use of the other facilities so I’m not sure. It’s very much like a uni dorm room in terms of feel and room size.

The room is big, there are hardly any amenities in the room.If staying for several days you may be a little annoyed because there is no TV in the room.

It was located conveniently near a metro station, within a nice and safe neighborhood. All was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It may not have TV, but rooms are adapted for laptop users. Online check-in was a bit tricky, but follow instructions and it is actually easy. Perfect of single travelers.

Location was great, near a metro station and near a bus stop (we took a bus direct from Incheon airport); a convenience store nearby and free laundry service. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly, they helped us to see the best route to go to the airport and also gave us a 20% off coupon for the coffee shop on the first floor. There is a vending machine to get some snacks or rice in the common area, also many utensils in the kitchen, useful to prepare food.

Easy self check in procedure. Water fountain on the floor. Clean small room with desk and decent en suite shower, Close to plenty of places to eat and get a coffee. Short walk from pleasant canal side stroll.

Couldn't use my key card on the lock to my room but maybe I just didn't understand how it works. The other option to enter the room worked just fine.
