Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. ChinaThe room was on the ground floor so it was humid all the time and there was a car just in front of the window. Also mosquitos entered the room even tho there was a net. Quite a small space. If someone has big luggage will have a problem to fit it.
The location was very good, close to all shops, metro etc. The towels were changed everyday. Clean. Quiet place. Friendly staff. Safe.

AustraliaThe walls were a but thin, so I could hear other guests moving around or entering/exiting from my unit. Another trivial issues was that the shower head wasn’t adjustable so water splashed everywhere when taking a shower.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They moved my luggage to the 2nd floor where I was staying, as there were no elevators. The unit had floor heating which made it nice and warm to sleep on the floor.

SerbiaThe location is really good, close to most of the main attractions near Myeongdong and the room is really clean, They change towels everyday. The room is small but either way You will only sleep in it. Sleeping on futons is a new experience and a good one, it was not uncomfortable at all as I expected and the floor heating made it even better. The owner is really nice. Only downside is that there is not elevator, so if You get rooms on higher floors like us You will have to bring Your heavy luggage by hand upstairs.

FinlandNote that you do not have a BED, it is a thin mattress or almost more like a blanket. Maybe 3cm thick. It was more comfortable than you would expect by seeing it but be very sure you know this before you book this place. It is far away from sleeping in a bed even though it was feasible for two nights. We only received 1 mattress (maybe 90 cm wide) and 1 pillow for 2 people which was of course not cool. After complaining, we got the other one for the next (last) night.
The location is fantastic, a few steps from the metro station and like 2min from a bustling market area with plenty of shops and restaurants. The shower has great pressure and hot water. The self-check-in was smooth even late at night, the place was easy to find and access.

ThailandNothing to complain about—the place is great! Even though it's not very big and the toilet is a bit small, I could still take a shower comfortably, even in very cold weather, because the toilet water, the floor, and the room was warm.
The location is excellent. When you exit the station from Exit 2 or 3, you will see a Starbucks coffee shop. The Ecohouse is located right above it. It's a great location, even if you plan to have breakfast and take care of other things on your own.
