On the downside, the elevators were always very crowded. For such a big hotel, having only two elevators results in long waiting times – I even ended up using the emergency stairs a few times because the wait became unreasonably long. Another negative point is the gym: one of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised a gym, but it turned out to be very small, overcrowded during peak hours, and had limited opening times. The gym area also wasn’t cleaned daily (I noticed an empty bottle on the window shelf for three days).

The room was spacious, very clean, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The location is excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the price was reasonable. I also appreciated being able to leave my luggage at reception during the day.

Cleanliness could be better, and the elevator situation led to a lot of waiting at times. The breakfast did not offer enough vegetarian options. There also was a light that we could not turn off by the entrance of the room.

Elevators were small and it was inconvenienced that elevators were separated by odd number and even number floors. Elevator carpet need to be replace because edges were not attached to the floor and size was longer. Many times almost tripped.

The room was correct. The views from the rooftop were really nice. It’s not too far from the market and some of the spots to visit. It’s well communicated.

The coffee bags were awful! Very weak. Some better coffee or a pod machine would be nice.

Had an amazing view from the room of the harbour. The beds were comfortable. The plugs and charging points were great. Water and towels left outside door. You could open the window to let air in which was great. The convenience store downstairs was handy. Great location.

I didn't enjoy waiting for the elevator as one time it took up to 10 minutes just to get down to the lobby floor. Additionally, the dryer took a very long time to completely dry the clothes.

I liked how the room description on the website exceeded my expectations from the photos. The bathroom wasn't featured as one of the images but I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it was high quality as well.

We were not able to turn off the light between the bed and the bathroom which was operated by motion sensor. That was bad, because every time when you go to the bathroom during the night, this light turns on and the other person is also getting awake.

The hotel offers rooms with a stunning view of the harbour! Ours was exactly like that and we were able to enjoyed the view even from the bath tube. Room size was perfect for people with large suitcases.

The Elevator is terrible , 4 Elevators each floor only has 2 is working! you need to wait Long time and going to another floor you Need to have their floor’s roome key. i told them to give my parents room and our room on the same floor before one month and Finaly I got 2 rooms on the different floor ! The hotel staff attitude is very rude. ! I booked 2 rooms but those 2 rooms are not Like photo on the booking , both of them are without Bathtub and they gave us one room is not fit to the booking room type is much smaller then what i booked ! When i came to front desk and they Said you can complain ….

The room with the really nice view had a really strong smell of artificial air freshener. I was staying with a child and it gave me a headache. The facilities were really outdated.

It was close to Nampo-dong, Busan and had a good view. The staff were friendly.

The elevators are confusing and you need to wait a long time for them. A suggestion: would be nice to serve dessert in the roof cafe. Another suggestion: more washing machines and dryers (there was a long line and it took hours because the dryer seemed to keep recalculating how long it needed to dry the load). Still, a great service to hotel guests.

Beautiful view, comfortable and spacious rooms. Nice bathtub and good quality amenities. Nice to decide to skip out on room cleaning. Great location too. We had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay, thank you!

For a 4 star hotel there was a lot of damage to the walls and the carpet seemed old. In 6 nights the room was only made up twice and that was only because I requested it.

The location was amazing. Close to but not directly next to so many things. The rooftop area is well worth a few hours visit to just relax. Not many go there so it's quiet.

What people say about the elevator is facts. During certain hours it’s essentially so packed that you gotta line up, and sometimes can’t even get on the elevator when it finally stops at your floor. Also, the room has a carpet flooring that hadn’t gotten a deep clean. Could see toenails and whatnot, indicating that they either forgot or just don’t thoroughly vacuum clean the carpet.

Our room was really nice. Very good view over the harbor and with Gamcheon Culture Village visible in the distance. The bathroom had a bathtub from which there was a similar beautiful view.
