Just a 5-minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the metro. There's a grocery store right in the building. Restaurants and tourist spots are very close. The rooms are new but small. The building is also new. Everything you need is provided: hairdryer, kettle, towels, fridge, air conditioner, microwave, and dishes. The pool and sauna on the top floor are great, but there is an extra fee — although hotel guests get a 10% discount.

The checkin time was too late, especially when you are coming with an infant.

The residence, the location, view and facilities available were really good. They had a GS25, and all convenience store in 50 m and a great coffee place across the street

The toilets had a consistent sewage smell coming from them which was a bit annoying. Some of the high-tech controls for the apartment are initially tricky to figure out if you don't speak Korean. And a minor annoyance was that the bathroom hooks had fallen off so there was nowhere to hang towels or clothes.

Incredibly spacious and well laid out apartment in a brand new building. Extremely modern, clean, comfortable and well-designed - definitely the most high-tech apartment I've stayed in. Beautiful views and a central location only a few minutes walk from the Haeundae beach and the main shopping street.

Only downside is that there is no laundry, beds are also quite stiff. I also requested for an extra duvet and they said there is a KRW 30,000 charge per night which we declined instead. They also provided only 2 towels so we requested for more.

The location of the property is central to a lot of things. The famous Haeundae market is closeby - 10 minute walk. Shops and restaurants, there are also several convenience stores nearby with GS25 in the building. Very near the beach. Train and bus station is around 5-10 minute walk as well depending on the station. We got the 2 bedroom ocean view apartment and it was so spacious. Only downside is that there is no laundry, beds are also quite stiff. I also requested for an extra duvet and they said there is a KRW 30,000 charge per night which we declined instead. They also provided only 2 towels so we requested for more. The switches are also very high tech but we were able to figure it out. They have complete plates, cutleries and basic kitchen tools. Water is also free because they have a dispenser in the unit. Check-in process was also easy. The apartment was also clean when we arrived.

It would have been 10 out of 10 had they had a cot for our little one. However, they do provide rail guard for the bed.

There's very little that we didn't like. The bath tub area in the covered balcony is great in theory, but the water takes forever to fill (so I gave up in between) and is very visible from the building being constructed next door.

This was an amazing accommodation for my travels with my family. My husband and I arranged a Christmas family trip with my mom, and was pleasantly surprised at how clean, beautiful, scenic, and convenient this residence was. It was my first time staying at a residence in Busan, though I've been to the city multiple times for other family trips. This was by far my most favorite accommodation in Busan. My previous stays were in the Grand Chosun and Paradise hotels - neither of them offer as much space for this price point, yet NewCZ offers just as high quality appliances and interior design.

The room layout was very very tight. We had a giant TV screen at the foot of our bed which made it hard to get around the end of the bed. There was no room for any other furniture in the room. Not quite sure where the "dining area" is meant to be. A desk and chair were placed on the enclosed balcony. There was no space for our suitcases so we ended up storing them on the enclosed balcony. There was a washing machine in the room but it wasn't working. The room was very hi tech but there were no English instructions. We finally figured out why the room was so hot and stuffy .... the underfloor heating was on. The check in was very odd. There wasn't very clear instructions on where to go for check in. Also, no staff onsite should there be any emergency.. thank goodness we didn't have any.

The location was good. Clean room. Very modern and high tech. The building was very new .... almost seemed like it wasn't completed. One room on our floor had cardboard all over the front door. It felt more like a residential building. Handy having direct access to a convenient store in the lobby.

Gym was very well equipped and could be paid on demand whenever you wanted to access it. Flat was very modern and clean with plenty of space.

It's not that we didn't like this but the unit it almost too hi-tech. It wasn't easy to turn on/off lights - we just pressed everything until things turned off or on. Instructions would have been helpful.

New modern luxury building that was only 2 blocks from the beach. The unit was so spacious (we had the partial sea view apartment) and comfortable.

The room was kind of cramped room with no good view and not very cozy. There was no real contact to any of the staff since the check in was located in the 3d floor.

It was clean and in a good location to explore Haeundae.the rooftop facilities with the gym and the pool were nice and had a good view but way too expensive.
