Great location, friendly staff, large apartment. Walking distance from Harmany mart (small supermarket), tourist attractions, many subway stations and nice restaurants, convenience store across the road. Great for a family. Washing machine, indoor clothes line and kids indoor playroom.

The hotel is very close to Exit 5 of Jongno 3-ga Station. There are plenty of eateries and shops selling music instrumrnts and art supplies in the area. There is even a 7-11 right across the street from the hotel entrance, which makes buying water and snacks super convenient. Compared to other hoteld in Seoul, the room size is exceptionally spacious-this was the best part. Three of us stayed in a two bedroom suite with a living room and two bathrooms, and it was incredibaly comfort and clean. Although the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the taste was quite good. We didn't have time to try the swimming pool ot gym, but they seemed well-managed. This is the best hotel I've stayed in Seoul!

During the weekend, room cleaning service was not provided, Also breakfast was not optimal (very limited choice of foods). Temporarily, there was a big construction on-going next to the hotel premise, so it was a bit unconvenient.

Good value for money, at the center of Seoul, it is not easy to find a family apartment incl. cleanning but this place gave me all options that I was looking for. Easy to access to metro, bus and all types of transportation, and access to most of activities. Having two teen-aged children who wish to have their own room during our stay, this place was a good choice.

Really spacious apartment with lots of storage. Comfortable beds. Good location- palaces and Myeongdong within walking distance. Also close to subway station. Convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Staff really helpful.

I wish the facility has more flexibility on check-in and check-out hours. But all staff were very friendly and room service and cleaning service were very professional and courteous.

The location is awesome! Everything I like is within walking distance. No worries about traffic during rush hours. I got a lot of comfortness while I was walking around for sightseeing.

The hotel is excellent, but note that the carpets are not burnt and not good. When I asked to check out, I asked to extend the check-out until 2 o'clock, and he refused to give me only an hour. There is not enough flexibility, but the location is excellent, the cleanliness is excellent, the reception is excellent, and the price is reasonable.

Minor issues: We were expected to do our own washing up (no problem at all) but there was no liquid or cloths/sponges provided. Sofa was very hard and no cushions. TV was not smart so very limited English content and nothing for kids. No laundry pods provided so we had to buy some. All very small problems but would have made a big difference.

Amazing location. Rooms were big and comfortable. My daughter loved the pool. I enjoyed the gym. Coffee shop just outside and seven eleven opposite the entrance. Loads of shops and restaurants within a short walk. Clean and spacious communal areas. Staff very polite and friendly.

Great location, small 7/11 just underneath, loads of restaurants and shops. A few minutes walk to different metro stations. The flat had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. The staff is professional and helpful.

Despite efforts to cover up smoking from previous guest, the smell was bothersome. Daily housekeeping (weekdays) was bare minimum—trash removal, linen exchange and beds being made. Wished they offered a couple bottles of water but there’s a 7-11 and CU nearby.

Spacious apartment-hotel with excellent location. Pleasant and helpful front desk staff members. Very clean bathrooms and kitchen area. Improved elevators. Responsive staff.

We were a group of 5 with a kid and a senior citizen. The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and well maintained. The location was great with lot of shops and restaurants nearby. A number of sight seeing places were also in walking distance.

I would have loved being able to get an extended late checkout, they gave an extra hour. But even having the option of paying would have been good.

Location was fantastic, so many interesting streets to wander for food, shops and interesting sights. Close to transport options. Breakfast options extensive. Having a washing machine/dryer was very useful.
