We would like to share some details regarding your review to help you understand the situation from our side. The room you booked was a double room with one double bed, and no additional requests were made. Your Booking.com reservation also confirms this. Extra beds or cots are not provided, and this information is clearly available in the hotel details section during the booking process. Check-in time is 3:00 PM, which you were aware of. We understand you requested early check-in for your child, and our staff informed you it would be possible after 2:00 PM. To accommodate your request, we were pleased to offer early check-in complimentary, allowing you to check in around 2:20 PM. Regarding housekeeping: On the first day, a “Housekeeping Request” sign was placed in the room, but no separate request was made at the front desk. Later, you verbally informed the front desk while going out, and we gently reminded you that requests should be made before 11:00 AM. The room instructions also note that housekeeping is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. That same afternoon, we confirmed that housekeeping was possible, but you chose to decline. On the following day, at around 1:10 PM, housekeeping staff arrived at your room. The “Housekeeping Request” sign was displayed, but you were in the room. After checking with you, you only requested fresh towels, which we promptly provided along with collecting used towels and trash. We are always happy when our guests leave with wonderful memories from their stay, and we are truly sorry that this visit did not meet your expectations in the same way. We always strive to prioritize our guests’ comfort and convenience, and we hope that following the hotel guidelines during any future stays will help ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
