The room rate could be higher if 1. the toilet equipped with rinse bidet (either handheld/compact) 2. the shower area added with shower curtain and PVC/Silicone water blocking baffle on the floor I would surely give this hotel a perfect 100% if they do so.

The staff were very kind and helpful. Location is surely the best in the area.

The location is great and near the shopping & restaurants area. A lot of activities that you can do here or grab the subway or bus to reach other destinations easily.

The walls are thin. In the morning you can hear the daily life of the other rooms. The room was very hot. We had to sleep with the window open. But we would still go back so no big issue with these.

The localisation is perfect. Right in the middle of Seongsu dong. The bed is hard, the room is functional, clean, city view. Free water bottles. Front desk is very helpful and there is someone h24. Very close to the metro with convenience shops all around.

Very comfortable hotel just a few steps from exit 3 of Seongsu subway, a convenience store & dozens of cafes & restaurants. Comfy bed, good shower, spotless room. There is also a microwave in the lobby, as well as a washing machine & dryer (you just pay for the washing pod if you need one). I stayed for 2 weeks visiting my daughter & loved it. Nice to have lots of green space at nearby Seoul Forest. Also, the airport bus stop 6013 is an 8 min walk away, so the location is v convenient for transport. My view was of a bustling Seongsu street with a glimpse of the mountains in the background, but the room was quiet despite the busy location.

While they had complimentary access to a washer and dryer, they didn't have any laundry detergent. Also, one of the times I used the lobby bathroom there was no toilet paper... :(

Location was amazing. Right by the Line 2 subway. And also very accessible to a bus line that goes straight to Incheon airport. Lots of cafes nearby.

Room: Shower had no screen, water ended up all over the bathroom floor. Smelled of ciggies as if previous guest smoked inside the toilet. Ventilation wasn't that great. Staff: Not the friendliest. More business-like and direct. Not sure if it's a Korean thing as I've read the same experience for other hotels in Seoul on this site. One or two of them aren't that friendly. But most of them are professional and fulfilled our basic requests. Also there was an issue with communication. On the last day we asked them to book a taxi but they misheard us and got the timing wrong by 4 hours. They tried to reach us via the app but who reads the app while traveling? The taxi waited for us and we had to pay the driver a lot extra for the wait (side note: the driver and car was very professional, spoke well, was calm and friendly). The hotel did not offer to compensate or try to attempt to do a service recovery, instead they insisted that we told them the right timing. In my experience, a properly trained front desk would write the request down on a note, show it to us for confirmation and then they can pass it on to the next person at the front desk during shift change. A simple change to this process can lead to improvement in their service. Future guests, take note to put these down in writing. Apart from this small hiccup, overall, I would recommend this place and will return. We will use app to book taxi in future.

Location is excellent. Many eateries within 10 min walking distance. Seongsu is a wonderful hipster area with trendy shops and cafes. 24-hour convenience shop just next door to the hotel. Seongsu train station is a 3 min walk away. Seongsu is on the green line which connects to Hongdae, Gangnam and easily reaches Myeongdong via a transfer. Hotel room and environment: Great. Cleaned everyday, my bed was made daily, the towels changed daily. The room was light-filled due to the large windows and it was pretty quiet. I was not disturbed. The pillows were a little soft for my liking. Housekeeping even folded my clothes. Great water pressure on the shower. Aircon was good and cold. The hotel lobby had a fridge, hot and cold water dispenser and a microwave. Umbrellas offered for free when it rained. Internet was pretty speedy. They had a WOW machine for you to buy your train tickets and T-money (cashless card payment system accepted almost everywhere).

Nothing open for breakfast. Hope area is dead until 9:00 in the morning on the weekends. Not a lot of eating options.

Location to the train. Price was a capable. Couple of the staff were outstanding. One evening clerk ran over to a nearby Korean BbQ restaurant and made us a reservation. One woman front desk person was so pleasant and nice to us.

The room door is abit hard to open and close. The staff recommended Kyochon chicken but I think other stalls could be better. It’s further away from Incheon and other sightseeing and touristy spots.

Water dispenser and microwave available. Counter staff were friendly. Convenient to many eateries in the area and just walkable distance to Lotte mall and the train station, direct line to Lotte world. Rooms had heating and the toliet and room was very big and comfortable. Very clean and there’s also a rain shower. Easy check in and out. Beds were movable so that made the room family friendly for families with toddlers. I would stay again if I wanted to go Lotte world.

The room was a bit too small for our big luggages to spread out.

I like the location because it's just one minute away from Seongsu station. Staffs were friendly and were always ready to help. Felt safe in this area too. CU mart is right beside and you can literally walk for 5 minutes to reach Dior Seongsu. Definitely worth the money.

Given the trendiness of Seongsu area, I think they could do more to recommend things to do in the area.

The beds are uncomfortable and you get one weird pillow that deflates as soon as you put your head down. The rooms are okay, but nowhere near what you’d expect for the price. The staff are nice enough. The taps in the bathroom were absolutely filthy.

The location was superb, 1 min walk from exit3 seongsu station. There is a airport bus stop if u walk for 10 mins (bus no 6013) lots of in-sa foods and shopping!! Room are cleaned everyday! Towel changed, water refilled!!

The pillows are too thin
