It a little bit need maintenance.

Subway stop 3 min walking ( about 45 min ride to the main beach. 3 min away shopping mall. A lot of restaurants near hotel. You have to take a shower all light turned off if you came with just a friend for holidays. As shower has a glass walls only 😂

I like the bachelor vibe of the room's color scheme. There was nothing I didn’t like. I didn’t know the room key powered the room which I did like cause it was new to me

Some bars downstairs, can hear some noises occasionally on Saturday night. But it’s fine on weekday.

Close to Sasang bus terminal, good for short stay if arriving late from airport / need to take the bus to other cities the next day. Rooms are big with a big bathtub / jacuzzi

The hotel misplaced two of my personal items that I had stored under my pillow when changing the bedding during our stay. One of those items was a set of (expensive) custom made earbuds for sleeping (I am a very light sleeper). I informed twice with the staff, but they insisted that housekeeping didn't find anything and I should check the bedding. Upon informing about the sheets, they admitted that the sheets were changed and sent to the laundromat. They never offered to investigate or reimburse the personal items which I thought was odd and disappointing.

The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Location is conveniently close to the airport but it's also in the middle of a bar street which makes it noisy on the weekend.

Aircon is rather noisy and makes a rattling noise. It's noticeable that the facilities aren't the newest anymore, but nothing too serious. Also, to get to the main "attractions" in Busan you usually need 45-60 minutes by train/bus.

Nice hotel only a few minutes away from the airport and right next to metro and bus stations. The hotel is located inside a street with busy nightlife, but we didn't notice any noise from outside inside the room. Very good breakfast (keep in mind you need to get up rather early). Attentive and helpful staff, however sometimes there was a small language barrier.

There should be meal for kids which prefer the not spicy. All their food are spicy.

The room was very comfortable and i loved the bathroom. The staff was also very helpful despite the language barrier, they went above and beyond to help me when I encountered an issue getting cash (one of them actually walked me to an ATM nearby to help out).

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no bathtub. One of the reasons I went for this hotel was that they had bathtubs, but apparently, only half of the rooms had bathtubs. So if you want to use that, you need to call reception in advance and ask for it. It would be nicer if they wrote down on a facility list.

Staff members were nice and friendly. the room was spacious and clean. Also,the bed was amazing. Usually, the mattresses are too soft, which gives me backaches, but the one in this hotel was hard enough to support my back. The pillows were very comfortable too, helped me to have really good sleep. If I had to stay in Busan again, I would definitely come back to this place.

How smelly the smoke is Staff ask me if I’m from china despite me passing my passport to him. If this is not discrimination I don’t know what is The rooms are badly clean. Lazy cleaning

The shower was next to the toilet, making it easy to get wet. There was a wall between these facilities, but not enough.

The breakfast was delicious. It was Korean food, not a buffet, and there were free drinks too. The room was upgraded for no particular reason. One of the best was the kindness of a frontperson! I learned a lot from him about translating my language(Japanese) into Korean.
