Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PeruReception staff lady initially blatantly refused to issue a receipt and so did EXPEDIA. I had to enlist a Korean friend to help but got only a non tax status copy. My institution refused to reimburse expenses and customer services did not help. I am still trying to sort these which should not happen if it was a proper hotel. Don’t know what is the tax problem it may have? Also, they don’t allow you to use the washing machine or the electric cooker installed in the room.

United StatesThe lobby was extremely hot. I guess they did not run A/C. I am wondering how the staff are working in the unpleasant work environment. There is a problem in the bathroom. There was a sign that water would be leaking while taking a shower. However, water pooled on the bathroom floor, and it was difficult to use the bathroom after taking the shower unless housekeepers come to get rid of water. The shower curtain or shower booth door must be installed.
Good location and east access to subway station. Comfortable bed and friendly staff.

SingaporeThe toilet can be better. The shower was not that great in the sense that the water doesnt get collected in the tub. Water spills out and wet the floor. There are not curtains or whatever to stop the water flowing and splashing out, cause the whole toilet floor to be wet. There are not power sockets near the bed There are not light switch at near the bed

United StatesThere was no microwave for warning up food, the burner weren’t able to be used which is ridiculous. Because I’ve booked with this hotel through another carrier and we were able to use burner. The toilet did not flush properly it needs to be serviced. They didn’t put my car parking in and I had to call them when trying to exit the property because it was trying to charge me 80$. The floor inside of the hallways were gross and ripped. The floors inside of the hotel were stained and coming apart.
The property was in a good location.

New ZealandThe shower has been retrofitted and causes a lot of water to escape onto the floor which makes it quite slippery. Grip tape has been installed to compensate for this. No tea or coffee provided, even cheap sachets would've been useful. Door into the room was very heavy and difficult to open. Hallway carpet was quite stained. Lifts were slow to arrive.
Excellently located for access to the Shinsegae Department Store/SpaLand, and right on the Busan Line 2 which is great for access to Haeundae. Very spacious room with very comfortable beds. Room was clean. We had a very quiet environment, keeping in mind this was probably off season for the hotel. Two convenience stores right in the building.

IndiaThere were significant construction noise. You will be woke-up by hammering in head, luckily hammering is in a different floor.. Its enough to spoil any morning sleep if you sleep post 7 AM. The noise persists till evening 3 or 4 pm. The shower/bathtub is designed in such a poor way that when taking shower, water always spills out and make the bathroom wet. They have a electric cooktop but blocked for usage.

MalaysiaThe shower room came in bath tub setting which can make the whole area very wet due to poor water redirection (from tube exterior to sink dry area). Other that, the rest have been a nice stay
Great location near Shinsagae Megamall and Centum Station. There is a direct limousine bus to/from Gimhae airport good for consideration if traveling with elderly with massive luggages. The rooms were very clean and they do have dining table and some room have washing machine which is very convenient.

SpainIn general in Korea the open showers or bathtups. Not a big fan of having the floor full of water. So we had to be careful when showering. A shower curtain would be great. Not having a night table with a small lamp No big towels
Rooms were big and clean. Bed was comfortable. No noises from other rooms. Having a little fridge with free water bottles. Free parking. Lot of restaurants or stores nearby and easy to get there by car

United StatesWe were informed that we couldn't use the kitchen appliances already in our room. It was unfortunate but not a deal breaker, as we're only there for 3 days. We were told you cannot flush toilet paper, and instead must put it in the trash can beside the toilet. This was a little strange but not anything too wild.
The hotel sits directly across from the Bexco and has many dining options in the area. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and dedicated to making sure we had a good stay. They even went so far as to give me a pokemon card upon check in, as we were there for an anime convention! The room was spacious and the bathroom was very clean. We didn't have any problems with noise or other possible disturbances in the hotel.
