This place is very close to Busan Station, and it's perfectly located for using the subway and buses. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of food, entertainment, and fun. Seomyeon Ilbeonga is full of youthful energy. You can get to anywhere in Busan within 30 minutes from here. The room condition was excellent, and having a washing machine was incredibly convenient. I definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The bedrooms sunroom had horizontal blinds but there was no way to lower them and the staff couldn’t provide the remote. So we were woken early from the sun. There was a cooktop but the rules stated no cooking. What’s the point of having a kitchenette if you can’t make anything? Also there were zero dishes, cups , knives or forks. Would be nice to have 2 sets so you can comfortably eat leftovers or takeout or cut fruit. The breakfast was not very good.

Loved the extra space. The washer was excellent (drying rack stored in sunroom closet.) the walk-in closet was good too. Location was good as well. 10 min walk to two lines.

Self check in (may be complicated for a less techy guest if you check in after hours as the QR code on your phone is the "card" to enter the bedroom). We got locked into our room for a few mins as the door wouldn't open (possibly there was a glitch in the electronics for a few minutes? Or the battery was low on the door?) Breakfast was complementary but it only consisted of juice, coffee, some pastries and bread for Western guests. (Could be improved greatly for paying guests).

Everything was new. Very modern room with new facilities. Extremely spacious. New television. Cooking facilities (but no utensils or crockery). Excellent gym.

Amazing apartment hotel, super new, super cozy and location is also very convenient. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, 7/11 right around the corner and two major metro lines within 10 minutes walking distance.

The location was absolutely perfect — it was easy to get anywhere in Busan by public transportation, including buses and the subway. The area felt very lively and trendy, with lots of great restaurants and people around. The room was elegant, clean, and very comfortable. Having a washing machine in the room was a big convenience during the trip. If I visit Korea again, I will definitely stay at SOTA Suite once more. And luckily, I was able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast during my stay as well.

They don’t clean your room on a daily basis, only after the second night and only when asked for.

Brand new, partially still under construction, but really very comfortable, spacy and clean. We booked a SUPERIOR ROOM WITH QUEEN SIZE BED, and it was perfect, I would definitely recommend it.

The location is excellent, near two subway stations and plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. I loved the layout, the spaciousness, and comfort of the bed. Everything is new and clean, which is a big plus. I changed rooms as the keypad battery was low so was not opening the door. I was assisted right away and given a new room within minutes. Staff is lovely and helpful.

There are no commercial buildings yet. Still, there are convenience stores and other facilities within walking distance, so it wasn't too inconvenient. I hope there will be more commercial buildings next time I travel :)

It is located in the center of Seomyeon, close to tourist attractions, and very close to the subway station and bus stop. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were also clean as they were in a newly built building.

I think it misses some basic amenities for a hotel. For example, there are coffee mugs and coffee, but no stirrers/spoons. The hotel has a bottled soap/shampoo for sustainability, but it has an additional soap bar for handwashing — mix messages. Power points are at the strange spots. If this is an apartment for people to live in, it definitely needs some improvement for a real daily life.

The apartment is very new. It is very quiet and secured. The bed is very comfortable. Great location.

It was very convenient and enjoyable to stay here as it’s located right in the center of Seomyeon. The front desk staff were available 24 hours, and even though I checked in late, everything went smoothly without any issues. The breakfast was also delicious! I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Busan!
