Our unit was spacious, modern, and had a wonderful view. The bathroom had a separated toilet and shower. The hotel was tricky to find requiring going up one elevator and switching to another. But the location couldn't be beat. My favorite hotel of my two week, five city Korea trip.

Good location. We loved the hotel’s location! It was super convenient to walk to everything u want to see, to eat, relax. The beach is just 5mins walk opposite. Nice beachfront

Exterior complex is a bit run down. The pool is out of service. 2 of our beds were great, the other 2 were compatible to sleeping on concrete.

Location at the top of the mall was good. Short walk to train, bus, beach and restaurants. Convenience store at the ground floor was helpful.

A more softer mattress and an extra pillow each would of made sleeping a lot nicer.

The location is fantastic, although it is quite confusing at first trying to navigate where to go, as this hotel is combined with the sea cloud hotel. Clean rooms, beautiful views of Haeundae beach, the bed was a bit firm and uncomfortable, but it was alright.

Room temperature is hot, doesn’t have individual room temp control during our stay; they only have small towels (hand towel-size for US standards) and no microwave in the room.

Awesome location, beach front view, cleanliness, room is big enough for our family of 4, easy access for public transport, soundproof room, and easy check-in/check-out process. I love that they clean our room, give us fresh towels and bottled water daily!

We also booked a king ocean view room and we’re in room 1016. I can honestly say I was very disappointed in this room. It felt like the room where they put people when all the other rooms were full. There was no comfortable chair or couch; absolutely bare room. The kitchenette had no dishes, cutlery anything but a kettle and two mugs.

Property is in a great location. We booked two separate rooms. The kids suite worked really well for our young granddaughters .

The hotel was well positioned to the beach and the view was great from our room, a little strange having to pay extra for plates, cutlery, pool use etc. other then that beds were comfortable and everything clean

The hotel offers a swimming pool but peer night they gave us just 2 tickets free, we were 4 people and we stayed 2 nights so we were able to use the pool just once. If we wanted to use the pool more times we had to pay for that. They never mentioned that in the information, it's necessary to be clear about these facilities. Another thing, we booked 4 people but the bedroom offers facilities just for 3 people, 3 cups, 3 slippers, 3 pillows, very uncomfortable to sleep well.

The location is perfect, close to the beach and touristic places.

The A/C didn’t seem to work right so our room wasn’t cool enough for us, they only provide you with small (hand towel size) towels unless you request bigger towels, you have to wear swim caps for the pool, and there was no showers curtain so we had to take showers awkwardly.

The location and view were amazing! We had a full sea view and loved it! The room was huge and had a little stove top, large fridge, full sized table with 4 chairs, 1 queen bed in the living room and a separate room with a queen bed in it as well which was so nice!!

The sheets were definitely clean, but they should probably not reuse bedding with unremovable stains as it's not a good look. There have clearly been efforts to touch up the rooms, but you still see signs of wear and tear (e.g. crooked cupboards, staining in kitchenette). I think that with some minor efforts, they could probably give a much better look and feel to the place. For instance, the table and chairs look expensive, but are light and shabby. I think I'd prefer a more basic looking table and chair set that is firmer and more durable. Also, an extra top mattress on the boxspring is needed. I think there was definitely something missing there. Some extra pillows couldn't hurt either. Lastly, the towels. I read it in so many reviews and it is true. You only get small towels (and bath robes) and it is annoying. I think people would prefer larger towels to the bath robes. I do want to add that you get clean towels everyday....

The hotel is basic, but okay. The location close to Haeundae Beach and the market is probably the best reason to stay here. I've read a lot about the elevators (you have to switch elevators on the fourth floor to get to the hotel lobby on the sixth floor), but it didn't bother us. It usually went pretty smoothly, and you got to know other people in the elevator. The room was very spacious. For Busan, the price is pretty okay.

The towels provided are small (but I managed) but must be difficult for some. The kitchenette has only a minibar and a kettle. The hotel should not advertised as a kitchenette which can be misleading. Luckily only the day I arrived, the aircond was off at about 9 p.m and its feel stuffy. Other days, the aircond was working throughout the day.

The location is near the beach, subway station, sealife, hauendae traditional market and a lot of shops nearby. Walking distance to Mipo Station, Dongbaek Island, LCT buiding, Bay101. The hotel replenished drinking water and toiletteries everyday. There are 2 - 3 English channel (a bonus) after a long day sight seeing and meetings.
