Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaMy only gripe would be the location as the building is a bit isolated within a maze of narrow streets and is further away from the main shopping streets and COEX Mall than the name implies (especially with young kids who probably won't want to walk too far). That said, we utilised Kakao Taxi and Uber a fair bit (it's not expensive compared to Australia) and we got to where we wanted to get to with ease.
We absolutely adored the Urban Spa Suite we stayed in and it was the perfect size for the family (there were 5 of us including two kids). It was clean, cosy and comfortable. And of course, the spa tub in the middle of the room was the icing on the cake. We bought some spa products from the reception and the kids (and us) had a great time soaking in there for a bit. I also appreciate that the suite came with two showers, two toilets, a microwave and a larger fridge as well.

SingaporeThere are no hooks to hang towels in the toilets. Toilets are rather open, there should be doors to close the toilet areas.
Cleanliness and minimalistic design of the room

AustraliaBig bath had no spa jets and water wasn't hot - took over an hour to fill so only used it once. Sewer smell came in waves up through the bath drain and was horrendous.
The location was pretty good. The room was spacious for Seoul. Nice finishes. 2 showers and 2 toilets was more than necessary.

United StatesDue to spas in every room there is a wet smell in the check in area floor B2. There is some kind of venue across the alley, so there were crowds always at the entrance to the hotel. The room has excellent soundproofing so you can’t hear any of that.
It was clean exactly as pictured. The beds were comfy as well. It was equipped with plates, wine glasses, and fridge. If you want K-Drama room this is it.

SingaporeThere weren’t enough bars and hooks for our group of 5 pax to hang our laundry esp in the shower… we had to open the shower glass door to take in our clothes after shower , risking ourselves to be seen naked by another one in the group… not ideal for a mixed gender group stay. Naked bodies silhouette can be seen through the glass doors in the shower… Also, there was a few nights when the shower was clogged so the water rose up the ground quite a fair bit. Daily, they may not always replace the robes we used because I notice my hair-tie still in the pocket of a ‘newly folded’ robe, but that’s fine. The service we found questionable was that there were loose fabric threads on the ground on one day from one of our denim clothings, however it remained there even the next day/following day - meaning, it wasn’t vacuumed / wasn’t vacuumed and cleaned properly? 📍On this note, I have left my 30,000krw ribbon and pearl hair claw clip in one of the robes. Of all robes being refolded, it had to be that robe with my clip that’s sent to wash… there’s no favourable update from the hotel that they’ve found my clip. I think it’s negligence on their end to also wash the robe I used without checking the pockets. I’ve used their hair claw clip almost everyday for 2 years. When I needed it and couldn’t find it, I cried for 2-3 nights. I was tight on schedule but made my way back to the same store. Store name is ‘Alma’ at Doota Mall (3rd Floor). I asked the staff if she still sells that design. She doesn’t have it anymore and I asked if she could make it for me again. I left her my phone number and Singapore’s address to contact me for possible order, she said she’ll call me and let me know - but I haven’t heard anything from her & she has not responded my texts. I am so heartbroken because I cannot find such an exact design anywhere else, and it is the most expensive claw clip I’ve ever owned.
I liked how spacious this room was for our group of 5. I enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. It is also less dusty than the UH Suite Gangnam branch where I stayed at previously, last year. I appreciate the sufficient number of wall sockets enough for my group of 5 travellers. I also am pleased with the quality of shampoo, conditioner and body soap. Staff were also to a favourable degree, helpful, with giving us extra pillows and towels. There was only one pillow per pax and my aunt needed an extra one for her neck ache. They also helped us booked for a private car hire to bring us to places we needed to go, and also, for airport transfer. The driver the reception/hotel had linked us with, is a really friendly, kind and professional ahjussi. Car is also well maintained, clean, spacious, and so comfortable. I enjoyed the pillow/cushiony head rest in his car.
