There is no hook whatsoever in the bathrooms or the bedrooms. A bit inconvenient when taking a shower. Should hang some hooks on the wall!

I like the independent bedrooms. Good privacy.

its not what we did not like - but what I think could improve is : allocating treash bin/tissue in each bedroom. I had to go to bathroom or living room to find bins.

Staffs are extremely attentive and frindly. Loved the way contacted me via whatsapp and always available to support us before/during the stay.

The bed is a little bit too small for 2 persons. The air conditioner is loud. The extractor fans of the shower room and the toilet are also loud. You need to turn everything off otherwise they are very annoying at night!

It is newly open and very clean. The location is great. There are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff are very nice and will contact before check-in to check the details.

No daily housekeeping services should have been mentioned so that guests are more well informed. Housekeeping is only available once every 4 days. Other wise, they only empty the trash and you also need to inform them that you need change of towels. For a 2 bedroom unit, I think it would have been nice to have a box of tissue paper in every room and in the living room. We only had 1 tissue box in the whole unit. Rooms are really small, unable to fit 2 check in luggage. We ended up keeping out luggage in the living room. I didn't like the fact that they only provide free airport transfer after you showed them that you have written good reviews. Reviews, whether good or bad, should be accepted.

New hotel, so everything is new. Rooms are clean. Having a living room is great when travelling with friends or family. Value for money, but I believe you can find similar places in Myeongdong. Location is good, as near to the train station and a lot of restaurants and convenience stores around. But for 1st timers to Seoul, Gangnam is not a good area as a base, as a lot of the sightseeing are too far away.

Our room was not what was depicted in the picture and what we thought we booked - 2 tiny rooms with beds where we had to climb over each other. Room was new and had nice finishes but was not the suite we thought we booked and paid for
