Singaporethe room has slight musky smell. mattress is hard will be good to have a mattress topper. furniture and appliances are kind of dated. toilet door cannot be locked.
location was good, food readily available, subway is close by too but since we drove we didn't use the subway. Valet parking is available 24/7. Staff speaks english. room is functional.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean and neat and had all the amenities you needed. I stayed on the Ladies floor a few nights as well and it was amazing, with a few extra complimentary items for females.

Philippinesnoise in the toilet, maybe the water in the toilet tank. It was occasional but it disrupted my sleep. My colleague was not bothered by it. It was ok, and not really a big problem.
The location was very convenient because it is near the restaurants, coffee shop, convenient store, bus stations and train stations, the room was clean and comfortable. I like the free water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very good shower.

United StatesHotel location was fine, there are lots of businesses nearby, but is outside the fortress wall of Suwon. Breakfast was not included (additional cost).
Clean and air-conditioned room, which was great in the hot summer. The breakfast options were American breakfast or Korean traditional breakfast - we got the Korean breakfast, and it was delicious! Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and spoke English well.

The location was great and near establishments. The room was clean and the toiletries provided were complete.
